Umm... you asked for people to give you some reasons to train it. When they did you more or less called them stupid for wasting "money" which may I remind you is pretend gold... Houses are fun for me, its a place I can invite friends and show them some accomplishments and what not. If you don't want to train it, no one is forcing you... go ahead and buy some more barrows, no one is holding you back... In other words, quit whining and do what you find fun :roll:

Qbasic was the first language I learned... it's a good learner and dare I say it, I had a lot of fun learning it... partially because I had a crazy teacher with Shell shock.... but it was fun and it was usefull because it introduces alot of the "logic" aspect to programming... like loops and counters and subs, ect. Oh, its very easy to pick up as well... especially compared to some languages.

no, drop it inbetween spawn times. Theres a few seconds between the iron spawning... in that time I can usually drop between 2 to 4 iron ore.

Or if you don't care about the steel, and you just want coal to sell you could power mine the iron, that is mine it and drop it so as to not waste time going to the bank

Edit: just cheacked, its the same one. Its soo freakin complicated, i can do the usal stuff, but when i get to trying to reopen a file and look at code, it has a bunch of code added that i didnt do. Also i cant find the interface i make. I have vb6 at home, and I dislike it mainly because I learned VB using 7.1, and theres a huge gap between 6 and 7.1, it's like trying to write a book but only being able to use 1/3 the dictionary. :cry:

I'm 87 fishing, and I still think it's fastest to fish lobs. That or swordfish / tuna. They both have about the same rate, but you get more cooking exp with the swordfish and tunas... but it takes longer, so I guess you could actually say lobs might be faster. It's up to you though, whether your after money or exp.

I would just wait... kind of like the farming thing mention before, then again I usually like to wait untill after the rush is over. Farming is still level 1 and I most certainly won't do a quest without a guide, lol. Call me what you want

If you have a mouse with windows button 5 on it, you can click it and it will go back a page and then forward a page when you release it... thats what I use.

Lol dragon... Well, I would have to say a big no. You don't get what you pay for, at all... at least not from my experiences. For the first week or so it might be a good money drain for the economy... I think maybe that's what Jagex was hoping for. Other than that, I don't see it being used.

Also to reset them you have to open the chest and not just walk in and out of the field. :oops: What about logging out?

I look at it this way... when your holding 28 items, your full... kind of like, you could carry 2 sodas, 1 in each hand pretty easilly... but if you try to put 2 in each hand then your fumbling all over the place and stuff so... when your guys full, he's at the point where if he takes one more thing he's gonna fall over and break a hip... heck, he is already carrying like 500kg! No offence but I think some of your are being a little over generous. If some of you made as much as you say you make in an hour, everyone in RS would either A) have no money -or- B) We'd all make 50 mill an hour and have banks with 40 trillion gp in it...

long ago I had 8 mill... then I bought a d sq. Yes thats way back when, now its like 2.5 mill and I cant even wear my d sq yet lol, what a waste.

I can't speak for others... but C++ is the most unproductive language I've learned so far...

I'm not happy with my computer. I built it about a year and a half ago, I built it mainly as a budget computer so I could play HL2. It only has 512 RAM, a crummy nvidia geforce 5700, and 2.8 ghz processor... I want a few more case fans, and a new keyboard (using some lame Dell keyboard atm.... long story) also have a 19 inch flat screen monitor which I hate... I would much rather have a CRT monitor, even if its a pain when going to LAN's

....? Ouch ban? And how can she duel on f2p? So confused here, lol. Anyway I was stranded on f2p for a month or two while I was moving and let me tell you: EVERYTHING SUCKED! I tried every single activity that I could think of and they were all crowded and/or EXTREMELY slow. After a week of aimless training I bought another rune wc axe (had one in the bank but only one lol), a fly fishing rod, and withdrew a tinderbox and a couple thousand feathers. Fished and cooked at barb village and gave away or traded cooked fish for feathers. REALLY boring but was the only thing that I could find that was anywhere near the speed of p2p. Went from around 60 something fishing to 80 or 81 and gained even more cooking levels. While there you can trade cooked for raw for even more xp. I would suggest offering to do something that is hard or boring for your father to prove how important this activity is to you. You could weed the garden/lawn, wash his car, do laundry for a week, etc. Do NOT try to manipulate or lie to him; act like an adult. If you state very clearly your desires and your willingness to work for them it should impress him. Just offer to do things every month to earn the $5 and to show your maturity. If he sees that this game is making you make mature decisions he will probably be more than willing to shell out the membership fee. Good luck! :D sadly to say it won't work for me, and my dad won't even let me play AT ALL. i get 1 hour a week to pay, that's it. i get lucky if i get even that. you know why? becuase it says it's ruining my eyes. i'm on the comp 5x more now! i tried that rahk, but it won't help me.... anyways i know how bad f2p is, wcing is going crazy! you can barely do anything In that case... go do some research. Theres plenty of rearch that says TV / Computers DON'T ruin your eye's. That would be like saying a painting ruins your eyes if you look at it for a while, after all TV is just a bunch of pictures being flashed. The misconception comes because alot of times people's eyes go bad the same time around when they start playing alot of video games... well that age is also around or near puberty. Puberty is actually what causes your eyes to get worse, its just kind of like a side effect I guess you could say. Its no different then the myth that says playing with yourself makes you go blind...

well... I am F2P and I plan to be for the next week or two. Why? Well I just came back... but I figured why become a member when I can do half the stuff I need to do on F2P "What do you mean!?!?" You ask... well... I have about 7000 lobs and 10000 swordfish to cook, so I figure I might as well do that before becoming a member. Its not like anyone can interfere with cooking or anything... same with leveling prayer and lots of other skills. Just have initiative and be intuitive... those are my words of the day :wink:

So are the gloves worth while? As in are they any good? How much does a dragon chain cost at the moment?
