The plate and legs have the same defence bonuses, it's just the helm that has slightly less than torags, but can be replaced with a Guthan or Verac helmet (preferable verac's for the prayer bonus).

Yes, first of all, always keep protection from magic on until you are 100% sure that you are safe from the 360s. Use the north safe spot, you can get the 180s and 45s stuck and then walk back further so that only the monster directly after those can hit you (either a 90 or 360). I used this safe spot and the one directly south of it (if a 45/180 spawned west of me) practically the whole caves, both of which you can walk back so that only one 90/360 can hit you at once, while you can range back.

I updated the suggested inventory to include a House Teleport Tablet.

It has always been that way, that way the runners can continuously run ess to the crafters, without stopping. If the crafters didn't give ess back, the runners would have to sell the laws and buy more ess so they could keep running. It's also a way to attract more runners to the World 66 Company over the 99 one.

I wouldn't mind something along the lines of 'animal taiming' (except it would have a much more thought-out, and interesting name :? ), where you start off with something small (cat, dog etc) then build you way up as you teach your current animal new tricks. It could also help with those pesky wild dogs in Brimhaven Dungeon; for example if your Taiming Level if higher than the combat of the wild dogs, they wouldn't auto-attack you. Just a thought. :-w

You can easily have a magic bow on Entrana, you simply bring the cut log and a bow string(also works with dragon hide armours; bring the hides and a needle and thread). It's from opening a Treasure Trail casket on the island. I know the player who first started bringing them to craft in. He had a couple of friends working on getting him full gilded to craft in, I guess it didn't happen. :|

Thanks for bumping up a dead post. Anywase, your problem is just as the message stated, the file was created by a newer version. Download the newest version off http://www.apple.com so that file can be read again. To uninstall something you NEVER just delete all the program files, always use the add-remove program window. Oh, and Itunes 7.0.1 came out which fixes (almost) all the bugs 7.0 had. :) Sorry, I did a search looking for good screenshot programs and this caught my eye. I used the add/remove program files to unistall it BEFORE I deleted all the program files for it. Thanks, for your help, I hope this works. :)

I had the same problem after I installed the new version of Itunes, so I uninstalled the newer version and used the disc I used to install the first version of Itunes again. But now when I try to open Itunes, it pops up with a message that says: The file "Itunes Library.itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version on Itunes. And it only has an 'OK' option. I tried deleting ALL Itunes fles in progra files, and installing it again, but the same problem still occurred.

You should wear the highest D-hide you can wear, which in your case is black. Wearing black d-hide protects you from the PKers and the abyssal monsters. If you wear something lower, you can attract PKers standing in Edgeville bank because they think you're an easy target.

The ring of life does help your chances of surviving, of course it is a very small chance that you will be below 10% of your total hitpoints, but there still is a chance. The only reason people wear a ring of dueling is incase they forget their charged glory amulet, they don't have to walk to the bank Shilo Village. If you do forget your charged glory amulet, why not just use your ectophial or tele tablet? I'm sure you can sacrifice about 7 seconds of running to a bank for a chance at surviving. RC Pkers don't 'have to' use a weapon with poison, alot of pkers will stand back and continuously cast ice barage on you (although this is complete stupidity, it happens). For lower levels, there are not many RC PKers around their level anyway, the abyssal monsters are their main threat. The abyssal monsters hit small, perfect for the ring of life. There are also a few suggestions in my Abyssal Runecrafting Guide here: My Guide To The Abyss EDIT: I just remembered the new Lumbridge Home Port teleport, which requires no runes. This can be used to teleport to a bank if you forget to bring a charged glory amulet, another altarnative to wasting a small chance at surviving with the ring of life. This way also saves you having to waste a teleport tablet, which can be a pain to make. :|

I've got the same problem, I've tried 3 times, everytime I use the orange primed bar on the workbench, it just automatically makes a mind helm.
