  1. I think it will be another waste of Jagex's time and effort, Jagex is running out of ideas for the game, so they make anything anyone thinks of. It SHOULD be an extension to magic, it's pretty much the same idea... :notalk:
  2. I'd start with Lost City, then a few other smaller ones, then try for Hero's Quest, then eventually do Legends quest and Desert Treasure.
  3. Yes, members is definatly worth it. Not so much if you are still training your f2p skills, because you'd just be wasting money becoming a member just to train skils that can be easily trained without paying money. Also you need to have a pretty knowledge of the map, it's very confusing if you don't even know the basic areas in members land.
  4. It's hard to say really, it all depends on what you get for your tasks. Start off with 100k then buy more, or sell the leftover when you need to.
  5. Get 85 mage and train your strength. Then simply wear melee/magic armour with a DDS for the spec, then switch to a whip. Easy as that.
  6. Theres no real 'secret' to it, just kill leeches, untill you get the one you need. Bring a fast weapon, because they only have around 10 hits. Remember you can only have of each type, even if it's in the bank.
  7. That is the point of being a 'pure', having higher hitpoints than combat. If you get defense your combat gains alot of levels, usually making it higher than your hits. Tank rangers (high def and high range, low everything else) are quite a deadly force if used correctly, you should try to make one of them.
  8. I think most people range so they can hide while they're on the lower stages. BTW Da_wizards was in my old clan. :3>
  9. It's just a highscore bug, notice how the people who have 200m exp in cooking anf fletching all got swapped around? Look up the stats of: 1_whip_1, that'll really scare you, 10 hits for life.
  10. Meh I'll alch in my house if I want to alch. \
  11. Hmm if you want to make money during the whole process, sharks seem to be better. Also the part about them taking longer than lobbs doesn't really matter, just gives you more time to read the forums  . I'd still rather fish trout and salmon, then use the saved time to rc for that extra cash...
  12. I can't really remember, I'm sure I've had better than this, but I got Dharoks plate on my fourth barrows run...
  13. Ah well, have fun in RL. Hope to see you soon, most people that quit come back in a few weeks. :-w
  14. Yes, it is fun starting over, but it won't be as fun as when you first started because you already know the many wonders of Runescape...
  15. I don't think it's a very good idea, what if the person wearing Dharoks eats food, and then the person you're fighting hits more than you did. It wouldn't really work unless you're doing a no-food DM or something.
  16. 4. That's why the crafters wear zammy robes - to be traded by runners. Why wear them if you arn't a crafter, it's the only thing runners are told not to wear, so why do it? 1. Yeah I know what you mean, happens so much to me. *Pulls out noob cannon*
  17. Nice vid, theres alot of different styles out there. I still prefer my magic dart and prayer method though. :|
  18. Nice idea, it's nice when people help each other out. :D
  19. I guess it would be alright for something like thieving or training against lower leveled monsters, but sharks still have the advantage of being able to heal more HP in one bite.
  20. Haha nice friends you've got there. :-w
  21. Just chat with friends while training there if you're afraid of getting banned. Or wear your rune or any other armour that doesn't degrade, then when you're low on health switch to guthans.
  22. Goodluck, hopefully you'll make something of it later after you've finished your goal. :D
  23. It depends on what type of PKer you want to be. For example either a mage, range, melee, hybrid, tank ranger etc. I would suggest playing the game first and learning about the other skills and then if you want to make a PKer, do it. But it's not that smart when you don't really have much knowledge of the game. Also good PKers take money to raise magic/range and weapons etc.
