9~2am Many a'time I fall asleep by self. Some times i get more stressed out and have a few months with difficulty sleeping. I'm really glad I got Pizzo software, it's nice to fall asleep to. I love sleep, so it was worth it for you. It's not free. They have two trial tracks though, although, the older trial (20min), was alot nicer then the two new trials (15minea), and I can't find the older one. (I've got it on my computer though) Relaxation techniques are great coupled with tracks like those; Edit: I do not look like a computer bot[/bot]

Pault, are you describing the stepping technique? I think I've managed that, not lucidically, but merely as sleep. You lie, calm, and simply...walk into dream state. Killer neat :), but I could only manage it once- perhaps a delusional fluke. Apparently, It's also brilliant for lucid dreaming because it creates strong ties to the conscious state- meaning it's easier to identify yourself in the dream- perhaps the moment you enter.

There is a huge distinction between bickering, and debate. Bickering is the constant repeating of similar facts along with complete denial of the possibility of any other option. On the other hand, debating involves citing evidence, and claims, and writing responses to others' arguments for or against! It is not a shout fest, it is a logic fest. Both can be degraded, but in any scenario bickering is worse. At this point I've clarified my point, but, I've to note I'm being oversensitive this thread still has a wealth of information gathered, but is still a weak discussion. Edit: And, no! Quoting one tiny part of anothers' response refuting it is not debate! It's nitpicking on their flaws- which is good- but unreasonable if you avoid a mountain of stone [pun not intended ;)] difficult or nonsupporting of your cause information.

Yes, this is informational, but It's not a guide. It seems to me, guiding someone through the process that's rather simple, and adding calculations, is not very "great guide"y Perhaps though, if you made it a guide of leveling rune crafting, it would be very well suited. Informational guides can be guides, when they're showing many methods. But as for simply one method, it's not a guide.
