Stimulus package did very little to the economy for what it was worth, and don't forget, Bush was the one who started these things. A lassiez-faire consverative. We don't need to add a whole new health care system neither. Two things we should do to fix this: allow medical insurance to cross state lines, so more competition would arrise, and, give legal protection to doctors so you can't sue them for everything. The health care bill is oppressive; forces everybody to HAVE medical insurance. I don't see the nessesity of such a thing for certain groups. America is not purely seniors, parents, or cancer patients. EDIT: halfway through typing my post, I forgot what thread this was again. Could we stick with homosexuality and maybe make a new thread about Judges, Obama, and health care.

A burger doesn't have to be healthy to be a good burger. It just has to be real... At least for me. I bet if you eat nothing but fatty, organic meat for a month you'll have health issues, at least later in life.

I never understood the movie Supersize Me anyway. It is clear the food is not the healthiest choice and of course eating it for a month will make your terribly ill. Do they want all restaurants to be healthy food? They'll go all out of business, damn.

Don't give them the money. I never had that option, Paypal held the money for 21 days. So I never even had the money to begin with. Sue them? Ok, so I talked to them today, yada yada. The lady said once the case is entirely closed, I can re appeal. And she will put in the "case notes," the fact that I should be refunded 100%. we'll see how it goes. They were fighting for rights, violently, as opposed to MLKs peaceful ways. I don't blame them. I mean to be honest, I do. Violence is never ok. Now this is not to say I never have violent thoughts, or reactions, hell, I'm a violent person. But that doesn't excuse what the Panthers did. Nothing can excuse what white men did to blacks: lynching, burning homes, etc. We can go forever on this so lets not, it is the Today thread after all.
