So you're admitting into following something blindly? Without asking, without finding it out? Because you shouldn't just follow something without understanding it. That's why that part of 'God' is the most illogical and irreligious part of Christianity. I can have sex with a pretty girl, both being happy, before getting married, yet I can go out and kill three innocent folks which I stopped any form of happiness from getting to them, yet God will view those acts the same? That destroys all forms of justice and fairness, and saying God loves us all, I think some sort of fairness should apply to it.

Hmmm...I see what you mean, but I have a hard time understanding life into the equation. You're saying lifeforms and life are just the movements of sub-atomic particles moving and making reactions, etc...I just can't see life being so scientific though. Why can't 1 thing be a miracle of magic?

'ight guys I decided it was time for a post from me... Its been a while now, but I can't seem to get to begin a conversation. There are plently of cute girls in my classes but I don't really know them and they don't know me, so how would I get in talking with them? Just walking up saying "Hi" doesn't seem very sound advice. I need something more of a kick you know? Let how would I do that. I've tried into getting them into more socialable conditions, like a group of people talking (classmates not friends) and I join in then kinda talk with her there and afterwards a bit? I mean, I need more of some sort of solid advice. Hope that makes sense. :wall:

If both places will cost the same, its really up to your own personal reference. I mean, I personally would go to Spain. I speak Spanish so it'll be easier to communicate with the locals there. Even if the school speaks English, you're gonna have to go into town eventually. Besides, once in Spain you can go anywhere in Europe by car. How many miles is there from Spain to England? A thousand? Nothing at all if you're used to trips from Los Angeles to Seattle. :P

But helping others is somewhat flawed in a way. If we all never had joy, only living to help others and if those others didn't get our joy but gave it to others, repeat repeat repeat, eventually you're going to reach the first person who started it. And if he doesn't accept happiness, then what now? The point is being greedy IS not bad, to a certain extent. Without greed we wouldn't do anything. Without greed, we'll be UNDER animals for god's sake. Being honourable is a whole other thing. But utlimately the point of life is like a MMO. You log on, play, do whatever you want within the rules and taboos, etc etc, and suddenly die with no extra lives. You just play for the most fun while you have. No one should ever seriously think about it, for the answer is that there isn't an answer.

I'd also say it should depend on the person (...So the situation in general). I'm going to have to stop there. We shouldn't punish criminals differently because of their past. The reasons for punishment is not to punish the criminal, but to avoid them to do more harm into others...according to most people. No matter how we look at it, the criminal killed another human being and regardless if he/she's 15 or 45, he/she' should go to jail. Having to many exceptions allows criminals to have less jail time because "They have some mental disorder" or whatnot. We must remember more of the victim rather the criminal, always.

Exactly. Now THAT'S a waste of money for sure. That's going too far... Where the hell does he get this money anyway? Selling WoW gold or something? Damn, and to think what could hundreds of other people use with the $540 dollars he wastes a month ON THIS GAME ALONE.

I'm totally for this. I'm pretty sure for a fact, I'm going to get Alzheimer's when I'm older. And by then I might actually forgotten how to fire a gun or do something to myself someone else has to do it. My grandfather had Alzheimers, and when it got to the worse stage he was in a bed, wearing a diaper, and my grandmother feeding him, bathing him, and changing his diaper. I don't want to do that to anyone else so I want to end it. I've lived my life already and I don't want my family and friends worrying about me.

My reasons exactly. TIF is a unique group of people I don't know anywhere else. It's funny and serious at the same time.
