  1. Um, no? If people get these degrees and find no work, they're going to work the same as uneducated workers - which ARE needed. Either way, it's up to the person if he wants to be a Nationalist or an Independent, not the government.
  2. We can't talk about subsidized tutitions while our governments favor in overextending the military budget, something much less useful to the nation.
  3. I don't like using touch screens, so I stick with laptops - which I can use the files/programs from my Desktop PC as well.
  4. Damn mafias and anti-virus companies, making these useless viruses to steal the non-existent credit card I have or make me torrent an AV.

There's a difference between being for Kony, against Kony, and passive to Kony. Nobody here is supportive of Kony, but that doesn't mean we're all going to "spread the word" or volunteer in the Kony 2012 Corps for a daring assault of his compound.
  6. Apple Tablets: no physical keyboard and no Windows OS. I like my keyboards and I don't want to convert everything. Rational reasoning behind, no way I'm buying an overpriced hipster Apple product.

What I don't get is what "knowing" about it will do? Are we going to donate more money to the CIA like how we do for our charities? Should we go and start an "A-Team" group to find this guy?

Action is better than talk and all I see is talk here. Hold on to your post until the Facebook group does something.

Oh no, I don't know about that. I mean, this is the first paragraph from Wiki: Joseph Kony (born 1961 in Odek, Uganda[1]) is a Ugandan guerrilla group leader, head of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), a group engaged in a violent campaign to establish theocratic government based on the Ten Commandments throughout Uganda.[1] The LRA say that God has sent spirits to communicate this mission directly to Kony.[4] Sounds like a cause many Americans would admire.
  10. Basically it's a computer solely dedicated to playing PC games. So instead of forking over $1000 for a nice gaming desktop you could essentially get the Steam Box instead and hook it up to a monitor or TV and play games. I can see their target audience as those with laptops/netbooks that want to play games but don't have the power to do so. Sounds worse than I thought; just sounds like a money gimmick to me. You might as well buy and modify your own PC and you can update it accordingly. Plus you can use the PC for other software not just games... This sounds like console'ing the PC - and the console business is a milking one.

Asking "Are the bedroom cabinets?" or "Are the other roommates alcoholics?" aren't exactly questions that pop into people's mind when they're checking out a house. No, what would be 'screwing him over' is if he accepted buying the house without looking it at first.
  12. I don't quite get this. Is it a console to play PCs on TVs? Why not buy a controller and a PC-TV table? Or is it something different?

I hate how players fortification tactics are sub-par. They hear the cliche "high ground is good" and start building a huge fortress on top of a mountain far to the side away from the action and you can't even see the bottom. :wall: So a third of the team is just Minecraft'ing and the rest of us are getting our asses handed to us because we don't got enough men to cover the front.
  14. This is so like 9gag. Here are some of mine:
  15. Yes. They do exactly that.

It has a pool - you better buy it.

Dress pants, buttoned up shirt (tucked in), and a tie. No suits or anything but clothes worthy of an office setting.
  18. How the hell can't you cash your checks? Employer gives it to you, you go to the bank. Ride a bicyle to one if your parents take you there. You should pay them to help out the rent and expenses, but parents should never just take the paycheck.
  19. So as a parent, you'll put your kid on standby as you try and Google a parenting guide? "Hey lil' sis, lets take advantage of Dad's slow responses and steal the cookie jar!"

If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.

Got like, 10 headshots in a row. I'm starting to get good at trench warfare sniping. In the score list, what are the two numbers to the left and right of your name?

Took me a solid five minutes trying to remember what Mini Clippers was. Them noobs.

Got this game yesterday and it's pretty damn fun! Love the simplicity of it all.
  24. Correction: Ace of Spades is Minecraft and TF2 having a kid. Got sold after I read that on the creator's site. <3: It's fun as hell though. I highly recommend people to get it - it's free!
