I haven't seen any polls, but I know there have been topics discussing the polls. The most notable one is the "Runescape Test" from about 2 weeks ago. I think that we should have discussion topics, since there are discussions topics on the updates already. Updates and polls are different. Putting in an idea because something else works well, and is discussed, doesn't mean the other idea will work. I'd imagine there's 4-6 topics about the polls(not the topics that indirectly discuss the polls, or weren't the main point in the topic), and this is just an estimation. The polls have been out for almost a year(3 months off). The polls are weekly, so 4-6, or lets say 10 topics with soon-to-be 45 polls, that shows that no one is interested. If you do use the line or some line that crosses this 'if you make it, they will post' then you might as well do the same thing with sports, and any other sub-forum users want. That's a very rough, but close enough to get the point across on where I'm coming from. At the most there's 10-15 topics, minimum would be 3. @Sith, isn't that already being done...?

I've seen no one post a poll from the RuneScape polls, so if a topic was made, it would be plainly to post, and to vote. It wouldn't work. :-#

Even though it was basically explained, whats up with people who like things that hurt them, or cause them severe pain, and actual pain that hurts them? Those darn monkey's are playing with my head. :-#

Maybe its time to blacklist post count requirement suggestions? : So they get 100 posts, then they post a keylogger, I'm sure 60% of the users will trust the link if its professional looking since the user has 100 posts. Limitations don't work out, and I don't see how they ever could

DUH! We've all gotten a champion scroll before, but the imps are too fast and take it away before we can see it. That's why the imp scroll is the hardest to get(well longest, this is an opinion). :uhh:

I thought General was for runescape update theories? There isn't a need, and the theories only appear after Jagex sends out a newsletter, or behind the scenes, with the average 1 or two floating about every month. General has many types of topics, just because you don't like one, doesn't mean the rest of us don't find them interesting in to discuss. I could say topics evaluating an aspect of runescape hold no discussion, yet thats obviously not true. Same goes for theories, there are those who will discuss, and debate that theory to death, or to life. Theory topics are a part of General, you can't take them out. Not true, I believe every 1/4 of the predictions made here by users will come to light in-game. Tons of users were debating over the big black square where the god dungeon is, before the dungeon was even mentioned. That theory also brought up a lot of debates as well. There's more, when jagex said about carpentry(construction) what gave the players the idea to think about houses, and not wood working? How many detailed outlines of the skill actually came quite close to the skill itself? A lot did, and all thanks to those who made the theory, and those who participated in it. There is no problem, they only come about every first month, then die off, and they do give the users a large view of what a future update could be, or plot line.
