  1. Last question (they just keep coming eh? i still got plenty to learn for a member... been there for 2 months so far) Say you have a 'cheap' seed, and you buy a new bow, you use it up, that seed will also charge 'cheap'? at least the bows wont burn my pocket too fast...
  2. Few more :P 1. Does that mean that regardless as to what price say player a is recharging his seed at, if he trades it to player B, he will have to pay 900k (etc.) from the start on the same seed? (assuming that player B also has a seed that recharges at 180k) 2. If i bought a new bow for 900k, does that mean recharging it first time will cost 900k as well? 3. You cannot charge a partially used bow, only a seed, correct?
  3. 1. Do i need to complete roving elves to wield the C bows? 2. If i would like to get a new C bow, must i buy them for 900k for can i get the seeds elsewhere? If i can get the seeds elsewhere, would the prices of recharge of the bows start at the top again down or would it become the same as my original c bow? 3. Where can i get the seeds other than buying from the elf? thanks! off topic... why does C Bows need 'only' 50 agility when one of the quests that you need to access the c bow need 56 agility?
  4. More like 15 seconds, you have 5 spell casts in between casts. Bring a few prayer pots as your prayer will drain very quickly (especially at the tunnel) And Use fire bolt with chaos gaunts, that would be your most powerful spell at your mage level.
  5. metal armors are magic magnets, they let magic him them BETTER than without one, so any people with metal armor would be great. Guards in varrock aint too shabby either, nor is the black knights just outside their fortress, 3 of them there and there are fences that you can take as cover.
  6. That would be a total waste of money, 16 damage for over 300 gp per cast and 17 damage for about 600gp per cast? Try Fire Bolt with Chaos Gaunts, less than 200 gp per cast and does 15. I used it before i got 55 slayer, fire Blast was a waste of air runes and i couldnt keep up with the death runes from the chest, with chaos runes i was able to make money from all of the runes.
  7. it depends on whether my run is either fresh trip or re-run (which i very often do because of left over monk fish) in the case of former, 0-1, depending on how much bad luck i have on that day. I only pray on Dharok, Verac and Karil. If either of these 3 are in the tunnel, up to 2 more. If Karil is tunnel, its definitely 2, because as a rule i NEVER fight him anywhere but at the chest. (I am also on the process of writing a guide for the safe spots in the tunnel, and not the ones you can see) If i am doing a re-run, it will take about 4 does per run, add 1 more if any of the nasty 3 (D, K & V) are in the tunnels. i bring 4 [4] pots with me per trip, i never ran out of p pots before i ran out of food...

    Looters?

i would imagine so, otherwise there wouldnt be many people looting if that wasnt the case (monster drops will be looted before they become visable anyway...)
  9. Goblin Mining Helmet? It is a light source that you can wear on your head. you can only get it by killing the goblins by the mines in the lumbridge caves (access is granted during the Lost Tribe quest). It needs Firemaking of 65 to light, and becomes untradable when lit. Not many people sell or buy those so the prices on them are unknown.
  10. about 90-100 on the official forums, i think. it is definitely worth more than 70ea.
  11. How to start the jouney : you need to complete Priest in Peril.
  12. i'd rather use D axe for its special attack only, i never liked slow weapons (i never tried d baxe, most likely wont like it either, damage isnt everything...), try and keep the long, but when training, whip out your d baxe, hit the special bar and own away with d long.
  13. not THE best, one of THE best It ties with Dharok Plate and Guthan Plate, all of which have similar prices, around 1-2 mil. I suggest you to get either Dh or Gu plate as they can become more useful later, where as torag is just used for its armor purposes. Only go to torag if you honestly cant afford anything else. Torag is usually in the lower 1m or high 900k's, where as Dh and Gu plates are mid 1m's.
  14. Accept aid was introduced at the same time as teleother was introduced.
  15. 1. p2p can get it back because legend's guild sells the key (and DONT ask WHY), so we can get it back for a matter of 10 gp. 2. It's for the looks, not many people keep the sword, but it is a novelty...
  16. +1000000000000000000000000 of all the above posts, no more ecto-canafis traveling, and very fast prayer restore. if you have the money you could even consider investing for lv 64 con, which combined with +3 con tea, it will give you a eagle lecturn, which allows you to make house teleport tablets, which takes 1 spot, stackable 1 click teleport. if you have a friend who has the lecturn however, it does the same trick.
  17. try barrowing yourself for the set maybe? it will take some time, but at least you can still make money out of it.
  18. so the formula of a dose of prayer is just simply 7 + (prayer level/4), where the bracketed term is rounded down... Nice work!
  19. anybody that drops herbs will most likely drop guams you have to finish Druidic Ritual to be ABLE to use the skill of herblore though
  20. ddp < dds DDP does 4 poison damage less frequently than dds.
  21. experience is your best book.
  22. Praying on all brothers? Thats a waste of money in my books. I was around the same combat level as you when i started barrows. Here the my attack plan : 1. Dharok (ALWAYS pray on this one, and never EVER let you prayer run out) 2. Verac 3. Karil 4. Ahrim (range this one, and use left over prayer on him if you have any) 5. Guthan/Torag 6. Torag/Guthan The last 3 you should not use any prayer potions on, because food will get you through them easily. Mage EVERYBODY excep Ahrim, which you range him. When you get to Guthan and Torag, switch to melee gear and MAGE them, and yes you will still hit them because their mage defence is worse than disastrously bad, so you will still hit them good.
  23. i second that, plus monkfish are more useful as training and barrow food.
  24. Also she will drain your prayer very badly, but i have noticed that if you keep your prayer level low, she actually stops doing mage attacks on you, so your prayer wont be drained and she will only melee you if you are in melee range. I could have been lucky to use just 6 tuna potato's to finish the quest.
  25. not 1 xp, but 1.33 xp, and it adds 1.33xp per damage to attack, strength and defence.
