As far as i know, all aggressive not-in-the-wilderness creatures will stop becoming aggresive towards a player if the player's combat level is twice or over the combat level of the monster in question. Also if you stay in an area long enough, aggressive monsters will stop being aggressive.

Not true, i have a giant pouch but i only have 63 runecrafting. you can get any rune pouches, but the order it appears seems to me that it checks if you have a small one first (if you do, it goes to the next size, if you dont, it drops it), the a medium, then a large and finally a giant. I always get them in that order.

Socc, what you should add is that just when you get to the no-prayer brothers (Guthan, Ahrim and Torag), use your remaining prayer on the brother that you feel least comfortable about. I always use my left over for ahrim, he still hits me 20's fairly often (half my monkfish is burnt by him thanks!). It is bad to see prayer go to waste.

that is a negative, because it teleports you. I had been the person wearing the ring and had down to 3 hp, teleblocked, and nope, it wasnt tele'ed.

All form of teleport will be blocked, including those which are item induced. I am not sure if npc induced teleport is blocked also, but i dont think so.
