You can get back to bandos gwd in under 6 minutes. It's always been safe. With a 6-minute gravestone? You do realise that your items disappear when you gravestone runs out of time, right? Yes. You do realise it was possible to get back and get your items, right? Say you made it back in 5 mins 40 secs. You now have 20 seconds to get everything. You might miss something. This was done (not by me) BEFORE extreme pots & a propper titan (steel) He made it back with over 30 seconds left and WITHOUT a soul wars spawn point You can easily get back with 1 minute left if you do it right.

I have infact, staked quite a lot. However you're right about not staking with magic. I never really had the levels to do it and i'll be the first to admit that. Hence why i'm now trying to gather information on variables i can control. If i can control said variables, i can improve my chances. Clearly an old school mage staker will out do me; but one has to start somewhere, no? I could just go back to melee boxing if i really wanted too, but i want to explore, well, another avenue i guess. You're going down the wrong path though. You're trying to control the wrong variables. So with mage staking, why should i be looking at exactly?

More money within the game means higher fluctuating prices. It doesn't mean the game is dying; and it's much, much easier to get 100 + combat these days compared to when you remember. Rose-tinted glasses will never fade.

Items resulting from quests shouldn't be allowed, quests require non-combat skills. Potions shouldn't be allowed, herblore isn't a combat skill. Food shouldn't be allowed, cooking and fishing aren't combat skills. Geez, sure is good argument in here. Yes because items got from quests require combat skills to wield. Food can be bought so is equal for all, along with the tradeable potions. That doesn't explain the dungeoneering argument, however. Dungeoneering doesn't raise combat. I'm on the fence, i don't mind either way, it'll make the powerful weapons a lot more powerful though. People are already complaining about Korasi Sword and D claw rushing, good luck if overloads are introduced.

If there's an extra 50-100 k players playing again at any one time; i will no longer be hopping for bosses or slayer tasks for that matter. Pre '07 was bad enough trying to hop and find worlds, i'm over it. No longer will i be doing it. Inb4elitistclown/efficiency blah blah whatever.

Pre '07, people boss-hunted with far less valuable gear. Also, lootable graves at bosses is that this will give people an incentive to start "luring" at places like DKs and TDs. It gives people an INCENTIVE not to bless, when previously people would generally bless because it benefits the team (with faster kills and better anti-crash power) to have you return after a death. And since most of the teams at GWD were previously formed on the RSOF with strangers, this will have a devastating impact on boss hunting in general. Pre '07 the gold coin went a lot further too, remember. A whip's 3 m back then was worth a lot more than it is these days. And tbh, most boss hunters these days either have friends they go with, or a clan. The only people who use RSOF are the random people who want a one off trip or can't solo. This won't have much affect at all in my opinion. Please know what you're talking about. A whip was at about 2.4m when free trade was taken away. It is more expensive now than it was before it stabilized. Lol. Nice for you to have a go at me; when you clearly know nothing about economics or inflation. It may "cost" more now, but the gold piece holds less value. Furthermore, as an add on, a whip was valued at a lot more than 2.4 mil at one stage. And not that much earlier than '07. Whole of OP's post seems like he just needs to harden up. Anyone who played pree '07 will realise the danger of said areas & graves And, mentioning graves, you ALREADY HAVE 6 MINUTES TO GET BACK. This is 6 MORE minutes than you used to have How much more time do you want. If you die; so be it. It was part of the game and will be, once again, part of the game. QQ.
