Sacred clay armor is still usable even when it's fully depleted; it just stops giving double exp. So, use it up all the way and then recharge it. Recharging is cheaper than buying a new piece.

I don't know how rare chewed bones are, but if you're only after completing the task, you can also do it with mangled bones, which are a 100% drop of confused barbarians.

What happens with the experience bonus if you equip two sacred clay items at the same time? Do you get 4x experience, or 2x experience for twice as long, or is it something else?

Have you done Spirit of Summer? It seems like you don't understand how the spirit realm works. You have to chop down the regular magic tree in the wilderness to get the cursed magic tree to appear in the spirit realm, and vice versa. Btw, you have to do this quest to get access to the spirit realm.

Just in case you don't know, you can boost the herblore, farming, and magic levels for WGS. You'll only need to do the boosts once to start the quest, and then you'll be fine after that.

The only use for that book is for making the farming patch on the mountain usable. You can disregard all other information in it, as there is no way to use it.

Have you received your kudos from the Varrock Museum for completing the Shield of Arrav? I'm pretty sure you have to do that before you can do Defender of Varrock. Also, Defender of Varrock and Mourning's Ends Part 2 are required for While Guthix Sleeps, and it has several skill requirements as well.

That guide hasn't been update for over a year. Best herb to plant for gp is Ranarr atm, it is definitly recommended that you have magic secateurs and possibly My Arm's Adventure complete.
