What are you talking about? Do you really play runescape? I agree with her because everybody has its own way to play the game, I'm not a famous player or a great veteran with really good skills but at least I have played this game the required game to know when and how it is decaying. I spent arround four years in this game (played classic only once) and met a lot of friends, some that were too great so I know then in real life and we used to play with the sharing terms, now JaGex close that posibility to the loyal players that have made strong chains of friendship throught Runescape.

Well, they say that they don't, but actually they DO e-mail some of their player in odd cases. For example, I have been E-mailed by Mod Hulme the last year because a billing problem I still have, however, they e-mailed me because I e-mailed them first to the direction http://[email protected].

Based on the tone of your post, you're implying that Bounty Hunters and the Duel Arena are collectively an adequate substitute for the Wilderness. Have you ever actually gone PKing? And known what you were doing? Gotten a kill? My post did not imply that it was an adequate substitute for the wilderness. I was mere saying that the facts were a bit biased on the first page, I doubt very much that the author took the time to think of the post properly, more made facts up on the spot. Yes, I have been pking (on another to the accoun than the one I use now) and gotten a kill, and I think removing the ability to attack other people is...well...a bit too much like giving in to the traders. I was merely pointing out that Player killing doesn't necessary have to be fighting in the wilderness, and that there are many things to do in F2P other than fights in the wilderness. Sure, because your 9% value is the most correct fact in all this thread... I would say that arround 74% of the F2P have PK'd at least one time, while 36% PK'd a lot for proffit or for plain fun. I liked the way of hanging arround with friends searching for a single victim that does not teleport, now the PK is not the same, you can't solo PK anymore, since the Bounty Hunter is full of teams. I will just wait because a JaGex Mod I've talk to, told me that he "will write down" my suggestion to make Bounty Hunter caves without multi-combat.

Jagex just made a great update one of the worst! I agreed that JaGex needs to control staking because it's one of the most popular ways for gold selling, however, they really ruined it! I'm not a professional staker, but it's fun to stake 500k - 1m, it gives risk to the game and makes you to win. What was JaGex thinking when they made this update? In many duels, players tend to use food and potions, do you really think a Staker can get any profits from staking if he's using 5 monks and 1 superset of potions per battle, do you think 3k of gold can pay this? Also, as others said, what about the people that were actualy training stakers? Do you know how much gp you must invest in this type of account? It worth even more than a Pure, because you must "play" with the levels in order to get great combinations that will grant you the victory at the time of the duel. This means that the trully "Staker 4 life" has multiple accounts with high combat levels, that now, are trash thanks to this update.

+1. But it could be :P As stated elsewhere in these forums, by quite a few people, Mechscape wouldn't be an update to Runescape. It is a completely new game, with its own site... Duh, we all know its a new game but it does not mean it wont be incorporated it to a single biling management system for both games. Although it is speculation, the layout now suggests it will be used as corporate billing system as it is no longer entirly runescape based ie (large jagex logo ect). So what logic would be used to bill two games from inside one, when they both have separate sites to run? Many Corporate sites offer similar systems. Userbility saves creating and entering payment details more then once. Lower overheads (merchant costs ect.) and can offer the same payment systems. ect... [/hide] Corporate sites, yes. Specific game sites inside a corporation? especially when the separate games have separate sites? and are two different, unrelated games? Unless they're both on one single page on Jagex site, and both games link to it, I think they won't. Still, as stated, his "proof" is nothing more than pure speculation. We will see on january, JaGex haven't made a separate billing page yet on their corporate site because it would look very obvious that there is a new game coming. However, why JaGex decided to make this change right now?

That brought to my attention the new "Billing Information" website page. It has a pecularity, It does not follow the same "stuffy, medieval-ish background of Runescape, but a futuristic/modern theme. Screenshoot: Look at the square with a map related to Runescape. It says "Credit Status for Darkluniux". But the rectangle is split'd in two: The superior part says "Runescape 0 days", but there is left an inferior part empty... That part belong to your Mechscape credit! In conclusion, we know that Mechscape will be set for January (because of the quick update to the billing system), also, we know that Mechscape will have a P2P version (too bad). Disscuss and comment.
