  1. Oh man! Go to the pub near the wildy just outside of Varrock and have an epic bar brawl! (If it's a multicombat area) :?
  2. Saradomin is not as peaceful as you think he is... he has ordered his followers to destroy Cities and Civilisations in order to extend his own power through Gielinor, the Dig Site is one example, as is the wilderness, he used force to try and gain new land and followers. Although Zaros ruled over a large majority of Gielinor, and had the Mahjarrat as followers we cannot say for sure he was an evil God, there just isn't enough information to say that yet, for all we know, he may of brought peace between many tribes, united kingdoms and what not. All we know is that the other gods are terrified of him and wanted to take control of his lands, it could of simply been that they were jealous of how much control he had. We haven't heard of how he came to power, how he ruled or anything, all we know is that when he vanished, the other Gods tried to take control of what he had.
  3. I suddenly want to go around killing people and getting loot! I'm excited at pvp worlds and I've never been fond of pking! And the hardest quest? BRING IT ON!
  4. No you can't, you can only destroy the staff, but that's a waste of a staff and 10k tokens of effort :( As long as you don't have an actual omni-talisman though you can pick up an extra one from the the red mage who's name escapes me at the moment.
  5. I've been a busy little bee! [hide=1900 Skill Total at last!!][/hide] [hide=75 Runecrafting!!] [/hide] My first ever Dragon Spear, followed up two keys later with my second ever Dragon Spear!
  6. Most likely in my opinion, perhaps she fell in love with Movario or maybe even Lucien, he likes to manipulate people to do his bidding and as a Mahjarrat he can shapeshift. Interesting, interesting.
  7. What staff do you connect the omni-talisman to? The crazy wizard says he'll attach them for you but doesn't say what staff... :wall: The runecrafting staff you can buy for 10k points :) But seriously, your better off just buying 10k essence!
  8. Got 13,606 runecraft experience for finally obtaining the omni talisman, I've made two omni tiara's which are awesome and made one omni-talisman staff, which isn't quite as awesome. It cannot be used to get access to Entrana (I thought it may be possible because a Law staff can). You will always pass the eyes at the abyss with the staff and possibly get past a little bit faster too, but that's it. The staff is officially useless but atleast I can say that I have the staff  maybe one day Jagex will decide to give it some magical properties to replace the use of an axe, pickaxe and tinderbox when in the abyss and make it actually somewhat useful! I don't see that overpowering the skill to be honest. Atleast this has got me finally upgrading my Ivandis flail and burning Vyres, 400 left yahoo! I got my first ever Dragon Spear today and got another one straight after, another dragon 'drop' to add to my list. I've also been brought closer to 75 runecrafting and a giant pouch too! I can't really complain, now I can play the Great Orb Project, get myself the blue robes, and collect a whole bunch of blood tabs in advance for when I do eventually start crafting bloods.
  9. Jealous of all people who have/had blood and death tallys spare
  10. The staff binds with a specific talismen I think. I saw one person with it and it looked like a staff with an air talisman on top  Anyways, the point of the staff is basically to equip a talisman in your weapon slot. It also lets you evade the eyes in the abyss all the time too. But that would mean sacrificing an axe/pickaxe in the weapon slot. I'm not sure which of those is quicker but I prefer to mine through or use agility. However I bought the staff because it looks cool, building up a supply of vyre corpses and teak pyre logs to try and get some blood tallys now, and ordered a friend to keep death tally drops from dark beasts :)
  11. Nope, it only affects you rc level for the minigame, as in, it gives you a longer range for attracting or repelling orbs, it does not affect your ability to craft higher level or mutiple runes.
  12. Tried this at 99 Runecraft and she also says I'm not ready for Runecraftings 'inner secrets' Try an evil stew
  13. Got the staff, got all the talismans EXCEPT the death and blood ones, lame :(
  14. There isn't an Astral talisman so it doesn't show up, yet you can make Astral Tabs :D I'm also now thinking of Blood Tabs being very useful for getting to the Mutated Bloodvelds for Slayer :)
  15. The quest sign has been there a while, I think it's for Imp Catcher and they've never sorted it out. Jagex need to tweak this game, the losing side should atleast get some tokens for EFFORT similar to Fist of Guthix, I just don't think getting double rc exp is justifiable enough, since you ain't exactly making 100's of runes per game, and people can be crippled right from the get go if they get shoved with inexperienced/low level runecrafters or with a smaller team.
  16. I feel personally it's easier to be on the yellow team, I struggled to see the green ones, and I'm also pretty sure the yellow orbs are slightly bigger and more apparent. But saying that, me and friend won 2 matches and drew 2 whilst getting greens and against 3 people on yellow who were pretty good...
  17. This is a good update, Jagex have seriously thought this through, runecrafting is made funner, given interesting and beneficial rewards that help make raising it that little bit easier, but not making it in a way that makes it too easy. Level 50 requirement, easy for any member to obtain if they dedicate themselves, and a monstrous level for f2pers to achieve, I don't see very many using it.
  18. I had 80 runecrafting banked but i've decided it would be safer to just bank a level, get it and bank another. The last time something affected RCing I ended up buying at 180 ea only to find them dropping quickly soon after that #-o
  19. [/hide] Nice find! Altough I don't think the Fist is the Stone. After the Stone of Jas was dicovered long ago by a Fremennik Seer, Guthix took it away, apparently because he didn't want mortals toying around with it. So then why would he allow it to be part of a minigame? Anyway, there is more proof indicating that the Stone of Jas lies somewhere in Lumbridge Caves, maybe even below the TOG Cave. I really didn't mean to suggest the Stone of Jas was located at the Fist of Guthix, I was only suggesting that the F.O.G is where it originated from, that lovely bug lady who guards the F.O.G does say that she doesn't know why it came about, meaning it was long before her time. Perhaps the 'fist' is the mark of a failed attempt to possibly destroy the stone, leaving an indentation.
  20. Using a lurker and crafting Deaths I could do roughly 2k an hour, with a terrorbird I do around 1850. I've started using the terrorbird now just because there's less clicking as Kemikalkadet has mentioned. Once I hit 82 I'll be making double astrals with a terrorbird all the way to 91, then moving onto Graahk's and double nats. At the moment exp is what matters but I want to make a good bit of profit too, which is why I ain't using the ZMI altar, once I get to 82 I'll be doing it completely for cash to help build up all the money and items i've lost.
  21. w00t! Two things i've wanted for a very, very long time! [hide=Prayer 80 level up][/hide] And along with that came this: *points to text box*
  22. Looky at the Fist Of Guthix! Raises more questions kinda, perhaps the fist of guthix is the actual source of all magic, or where the stone of jas came from?
  23. I've noticed these treasure rewards are gradually getting better, i've gone from gold charms to crimsons now, and getting more runes. I don't think we'll be getting any unique new items though (unless they are non-tradable) because there's nothing new in the G.E.
  24. At the moment, meh-ish rewards: Found one so far, I got 3 gold charms, 15 laws, 510 coins and 20 mith arrows. -edit- You can probably update the varrock museum after this quest, i'll try it later.
