Yep, as many people here said, just don't do caves/kq/daga kings/.. between monday and wednesday! Those are update days. ^^ And yes, you can save your progress in fight caves.

Altho I got pretty good pk stats (melee) my heart start beating very fast when someone attacks me in wildy. I'm just not a perfect pker! :( And a few months ago my heart also went wild when I ran in the KQ dungeon for the first time, same with Daganoth Kings.
