Ill "come off it" when you admit you were wrong to begin with. Ive played since before the wilderness and that definition was NEVER used in the context you used it in. You saying it changed is only a way of getting around you being wrong. true, but i also came across that definition in f2p, i didn't think that the definition would change between p2p and f2p. that was the opinion in f2p when my account never became a member, i spent quite a lot of time in the wilderness hearing those things, even if i didn't pk. I was f2p untill 2004, and spent nearly all of my time in the wilderness. Just the fact that no one but you has supported the definition makes me doubt you. And the way you worded your last response, you admited to being wrong, but then you try to back it up as though your still saying your right. Im done, im going play a good game of Runescape.

Well if you were banned at all, you wouldnt show up on the highscores, regardless of rank.

Well, if you remember a few months back when sharks hit around 450 each, that was due to massive ammounts of autoers fishing sharks. Now one of the most used foods in the game, or in p2p at least, gets its price cut in half, people getting gobs of cooking experience for half the gp needed usually, im sure jagex took notice. Then again, i may be wrong. But i wouldn't put it past jagex to ban autoers when the prices get out of wack. If yews were to drop to 100 ea, im sure the same would happen with woodcutting autoers. The only reason why i could see they wouldnt ban the wc or other skill autoers along with the fishing ones is because the fishing ones were making the most impact on the community, and with all the time and effort needed to seed out the autoers from the people who dont talk, they wouldnt want to mass ban all the autoers because it would take too much time.

It might be a highscores glitch, or they really delt a blow to the autoers. I just noticed because I was in a world and got 2 lvls, and i knew i was around 30 minutes of work to get 2 more and checked my fishing level on an irc with runescript, then i noticed my rank >.> I used to keep track of my ranks with fishing and wc, because at one point i was at a 500k rank on both (within 1k either way, but it was close enough)

I dont know if anyone has been checking the fishing hiscores lately, but I with 68 fishing, and not training it in over a year, just jumped from around a 550k rank to a 300kish rank. That would mean nearly 200 thousand people/autoers were banned, without a major announcement. The last major announement dealing with bannings were for real world trading i belive, and it wasnt anywhere near two hundred thousand people. Anyone else check their fishing ranks lately ?

Ah, i get it. I seek attention by providing people with proven facts or things that i have experience in. When someone without any experience in say PKing talks about it, and the people in it, and its completely wrong, I get angry. In your case, your angry with a f2p player saying that soloing natures in the abbys, its possible to do 4k ess an hour (which is impossible :shame: ) UNDERSTOOD

First, back in classic, i remember doing the one with farmer fred. I had a friend help me out in getting the yarn balls. My best questing memory was killing the giant in the holy grail. I actually trained my range to 40 from lvl 1 just to kill him. That was one of my favorite memories. My worst questing memory >.> well, there is 2. The slightly less worse one, back when the quest with the kalphite dagger came out, Sadinwot showed me that you can go though a maze and miss out on the monsters. I whitescreened following him, and got obliterated by [bleep]es, I nearly lost my beserker ring, fire cape, and torso >.> My WORST was during the digsite quest, i droped the explosive XD Lets just say it wasnt a happy ending.

I was 2 specing people WAY before the update =-\ The only people in danger of getting 1 speced are barrows pures who pced their stats to 99 and have under 85 hp (or more with recoil+vengence) BTW for the dharoks hit, that would need to be A) @ 1 hp/99 hp 2) be fighting undead 3) be in maxed str gear Not too many people bring max str bonus with dharoks to pk, and they dont stray around 1 hp, even if they did, their top hit would be around 90, not 110. Thats the salve effect

Safing only hurts the person safing, they spend soo much time eating, that they run out of food way before me, due to the fact that im constantly hitting them only to pot the odd prayer restore.

rune pures were never pures in the first place, they were hybrids. at least, the old definition. of course, if there ever becomes a "barrow pure" then a lot more people would be considered pures because a lot of people stop training defense at 70. which doesn't make any sense to me but oh well. I dont see why your still fronting that definition. It should be common since, rune pure means they are pure up to the point where they need rune. Barrows pures are pure to the point where they need barrows equipts. Hybrids use 2 attacking styles when fighting, such as range/mage, or melee/mage, or range/melee. Anyway, the max hit in general pking with the regular stuff, the max whip hit me and my friend (both 99 str, using pots and the new prayer) are 45s. This isnt with extravagent stuff, but stuff you find on say world18 edge, the basic torso, rune, fire cape. My top spec was a 41 30, so i wasnt suprised when i saw the 42 40 >.> lucky little...

Do you know what he looses per death? A dds, str ammy, monks robes, OH DEAR If you noticed in one of his vids, in the end he put that he makes money from pking. Phailed =-\ Plus 1 def pures arnt ment to win 100% of the time, but most of the time when he wins he kills people in rune and junk, so he gets more than killing another pure (unless they are 20 def pures L) Im glad my post was ignored, majorty of the people on tif know nothing of pking.

His logic isnt flawed, its his opinion. Let people choose how they do stuff, its not always a right and wrong situation. Honor people are usually alot more respected than people like me, and with it, they get alot more fights, which means more fun for them.

I dont see how you get attacking someone in a fight confused with attacking someone to chase them off the kill. Im one of the people who actually make money pking. Not at edge or any of that crap, but at varrock dragons. The way we make our money, or used to before pking got rough, was to deck us out in the best equiptment possible, so the odds of us beating our opponents are better. A great way of explaing this concept is a way a friend of mine used to pk. He would pk in a fury, and torags instead of rune. Now then, with his massive defense bonus, and keen stats, he was able to win hundreds if not thousands of fights. Now if he were to win say 49/50 fights, he got himself 49 rune sets, 49 beserker helms, a few whips, 49 dds's. That alone payed for his inevitable loss. The way people pk, and the way inexperienced people often see is @ edgeville. Edgevill is for lucky people. You can sometimes dominate your rival, although, sometimes it could turn out for the worse. People who are known as "great edgeville pkers" often have hundreds of losses. If you take the pking to a higher wild, you suddenly have people who are using substandard equipts (mystic, d scims, ect), and you have people who are using the best (full ahrims, mage books, whips). When you are the person using the highest level of equipts, and your fighting people in substandard (by pking values) equipts, odds are your gonna win. When in the higher wilderness, since freezing is everything, people go in near max magic bonus. So, even though high level wild is riddled with lava, its VERY cold :ohnoes:

Exactly what i was gonna say...This is especially at c wars for me as i don't pk and as in c wars, you start attacking some pure, about to kill him when the higher levels start on you, you die, high lvls walk away to kill some more, pure stands and comes out with the old chestnut "z0mg p0wned"...i know not all talk like this but hey, this thread is about stereotyping.... Pures dont hang around in the same areas you do. You spend most of your time in banks, or doing slayer, or training. They spend most of their time pking and training with pures who do pk. In the wild, if you give respect to other people, they might still backstab you. Pures are gonna be more hostile, but dont think its just pures that act that away. If you spend months in the wild, you will know what your better than. For example, if I with 99 att and str were gonna fight someone with 95 95 95, i would know my only chance to beat him would be to get him low and either get lucky with hits so i hit some 35+ in a row or get him on the dds spec. So i KNOW i can beat him. But me saying that makes me think im better than everyone else right? A pure knows what he can take and what he cant, and so do I.

I have to ask where you get your statistics from. Its people like you guys who make them act like they do. If i had people saying "oh he droptraded" "90% of pures do" "most pures drop trade" "ok "YOU" dont but most do", I would act however the hell i wanted to. Dont pull statistics out of your rear end. You all disapoint me.
