They can catch RWTers easy because people dont give party hats to friends they added 4 minutes ago. If you were on someones friendlist for a year, they would be less likely to ban you. Although it could still happen.

Or More. I'm thinking only the Rich Lurer's who think their invincible will use it. Unless it has an alch value over ahrims, only rich lurers will use it. And unless it has an alch value over torags helm/v skirt, pkers wont use it. Remember, the seercull has an alch value under black dhide, so not many people use it pking.

The lunar spell (spell book swap, or whatever its called) has no use in pvp, or pvm for that matter. The actual spell animation lasts for over 3 seconds, then you only get 1 spell to cast. You also need the runes for the actual spellbook swap spell, and runes for the other spell you are using. In otherwords, its only going to be used once in a blue moon

The triangle is perfect as is. There is simply one thing wrong with it. Mages get over 50% of their magic attack bonus from their robes (top, bottom, and headpeice). Rangers get around 45+% of their range attack bonus from their body, top and helm as well Melee... doesnt get anything from theirs (with the exception of the fighter torso) If anything, dragonhide/karils is overpowered. Melee can slip it on with no penalty other than less melee/range defense. They can still hit as high as they could before (not including the fighter torso, this is an old argument i made over a year ago). Mage cant do this, and range, not pulling their max hit from their armor, but bow and range level, can only hit less with anything other than dragonhide/karils. I find it boring. Personally, if you can find fights at varrock dragons, it is far more fun. For skills, just the highest thing to make or 99 200m exp is just for people who want a higher rank on the highscores. All quests, Ach.Diary, Songs, Emotes, All minigame sets (void, CW, chomp, ghostly, ect), and so on.

No it doesn't. Manage Thy Kingdom pays for it and gives a profit on top, in the same way that it pays for Construction and, indeed, all other skills (provided you have the patience to give it the time.) I belive he means effective by getting alot of xp in a short ammount of time.
