Dev. blog - Changing Names, 27 August
Lunar_Drifter replied to XxTearGodxX's topic in General Discussion
I don't know if anyone's thought of this or not, but what about stat signatures and stat tracking websites? This will completely change their dynamic.. either the user will have to create a new sig or register a "new" character each time they change their name, for every site they use; or the sites will have to change their coding to incorporate name changing and automatically recognize a name change and act accordingly. -
Completely forgot about those. Did you see any revs?
-
Yep, Waterfall. You'll get a bunch of whiners on your case about the cannon, but don't pay them any attention.
-
I was googling "dynamic" and "automatic changing" signature hosts for a lack of better words. ;) Too bad I couldn't have been of much help.

The economy and the skills behind it are pretty unique. Runescape has it's own market system that works like it would in real life (minus political and moral obligations). I think it's capatilist? I never paid much attention in my economics class. Other games have such a market, but where do the raw materials come from? Usually, it will be from farming a monster for its hide/bones/special drop to turn into an NPC or somesuch to do the crafting/smithing/making for you. But with RS, you get to do that all yourself. Tell me how many games have such a diverse skill set- both of production and consumption skills- as Runescape? I don't think there are many, if any.

Where you're trying to find the food that made them sick? You need to talk to each one and find out the two foods that they had. I typed each pair into Notepad (and made sure I kept sick and not sick separate). Then just look at both lists and figure out what two foods show up only in the sick list. b9 beat me to it. :)

It's a special website somewhere.. I'm sure there's a few. It's like a dynamic sig that updates every time you gain experience. I remember a link being posted here but it was over a year ago and I don't remember where! Haha.. so I don't know exactly.

Would you pay money for a useless object?

No comment on that s-s-super combo? That was good. :) -
What level do you think the gods would be?
Lunar_Drifter replied to Zachneap's topic in General Discussion
Who do they pray to? They're the source of all Prayer powers. If their powers are strong enough to share them with millions of players and not even mind, imagine what their power would be if they use it on themselves- Infinite Prayer (and probably a lot stronger than the Prayer powers we get, not to mention that you cannot use Prayer on them...) You'd have to be pretty conceited to pray to yourself. Haha. -

People borrow them to boost their self esteem and tell self-perceived noobs that are attracted to the pretty pixels to "bug off" or "get a life noob." Which, in turn, goes back to the first point. Of course, most borrow them for other reasons, I believe. -

I can't say as I haven't done the quest but I don't think he did.. and he hits pretty hard. :? -
Your signature doesn't suggest that in the least bit. If you want quick melee experience, Slayer is not your method. They can be killed relatively quickly with a whip. If you find that to be too slow, then just kill the baby blues and move on.

Either way you shake a stick at it, you could have had ~80 vials for the price of one if you would have sold your molten glass instead of making it into a vial.

Unless you're a well known player. Then the only bashing you usually get (on Tip.It) is about no lifing. But even that bashing is sugar coated to suck up to the OP. For example, Chenjs2 posts here occasionally and gets nothing but buttkissery.

Well the Corp Beast has 2000 HP. Every 4 HP equals a combat level. So, the Corporeal Beast would have 500 combat off of his HP alone, leaving the other 285 levels to come from other levels. But I don't think monster's combat levels are decided by the same stats we have. Who knows, maybe Zamorak only trains his evil prayer skill. 8-) -

Don't delete your post just because you got a few naysayers, really. But I read that you got a KBD head, and that's pretty good. -

If you don't need a level, and don't have a level, that means you're not level 0- because being level 0 means you do in fact have a level. -

Neither does the Wise Old Man. Coincidence? -
Ha, I do that, too. No big deal, just saying. ;) Fred and Jack wish they had e-fame so they can e-boast to their e-friends.

That's not ironic, mercifull. But really, the internet is a troll haven. People will behave tremendously different than they would face to face- at least some of them wouldn't talk that way to your face if you told them you finally finished your art project (model car, remodeling of your house, etc). But on the internets there are no social restrictions as there are no lasting repercussions for being an outright douchebag and generally a jerk. So I say Fred and Jack needn't look to the intrawebs for their ego boost. They'll be shot down or ignored most of the time. And those who care either comment as such and are looked over because negative comments stand out more, or not comment at all.

He won't be able to do blue dragons effectively at level 77, so baby blues work if you want to do dragons. be sure to bring your antifire in case you get a momma blue aggresssive on you. ;) Other than that, you can kill moss giants on the moss giant island on Karamja, west of Brimhaven. It's never crowded and it has two 1/3 cake spawns for food.

Stronghold of Safety, you mean.

Barrows Gloves and the Legends Quest

I don't know about requirements because I met them all anyways. The only thing you have to do is get to the Khazari Jungle entrance and whack your way through with a machete, axe, and the map you get. That would conceivably only require a suitable woodcutting skill, if anything. -
Kill the cows south east of Falador. They usually only have one or two other people there and they're relatively close to a bank. For a level 25, that should suffice. Bank the hides for cash. Once you start consistently one or two hitting the cows, switch to the level 27 minotaurs in the SoS. You'll get plenty of iron arrows and essence for use later.
