  1. People shouldn't be able to "bash" you about your cape anyways. If they don't have it, then why should they "bash" it? That means that they haven't put in the amount of work that you've put into it. People can sit here and talk this and that about the capes, but those people probably don't have that particular skill cape. If someone does have a fletching, cooking, or strength cape, then why would they make fun of it? They wouldn't! They might know that the cape was easier than others to get.. but they're not going to ridicule their own accomplishment. So yes, there are capes that are "too common". And just because one cape has a few more people that own or can own it, doesn't mean that you can "bash" it. It's an achievement to get that level, no matter how you did it or how easy it was. It's rather a question of which one is more or less admirable in your own opinion, which has nothing to do with "bashing". ~Lunar
  2. There's nothing wrong with that. Iron and coal are easier to get in mass quantities, thus lowering the prices. Steel bars are somewhat time-consuming, but more importantly they are in high demand. Iron, steel, and steel-products are all great for relatively-cheap, quick leveling. Nothing wrong with those prices. As for mithril; it is harder to come by and harder to mine, hence the higher price per ore. However, mithril bars are not in so much demand as iron bars or steel bars, so the prices aren't always steady. Sometimes people are trying to get rid of them, so they sell low. Sometimes people specialize in mithril or something and want a higher price because they know there's a shortage. As for normal logs.. it's kind of time consuming to cut them in mass. Only one log per tree, and you have to run from tree to tree? Kind of tedious. And it's not very sensible to charge 10gp per log or something based on the amount of effort put into cutting them.. You would have to go out of your way to get them in higher quantities. Also, people who want them are generally fletchers looking for some materials for arrows. It comes out to be about 7gp per arrow if you spend 100gp on each log... so it still works out well. ~Lunar
  3. Added a new one. I'll tweak the other ones maybe and see what I come out with.
  4. I'd like to also point out that Cave Crawlers can also be found in the Lumbridge Caves. The quickest way to get there is to clear out the rubble from the basement of Lumbridge Castle, and head directly to the right once you get in. Don't forget a light source! There will be another hole with rubble in it; clear that out as well. Once in, head to your characters right, and there will be some cave crawlers. Voila! Much closer to a bank than the Slayer Dungeon. ~Lunar
  5. You'll be there in no time. Took me just a few hours! ~Lunar
  6. Heh awesome. Got 64 earlier, then paused to go grab some Larupia clothing. I hear it makes it go much faster.. So now I have 8 sets of it, and off to Hunter we go! 'Cept not now.. gotta go watch a movie. ~Lunar
  7. Whew.. at least these sigs didn't get completely shut down like my others did. On the minimalistic one, I didn't enlarge the image. It was the shot from the equipment select screen. But I can see what I can do about fixing that and the border up. And no, I don't have a hat at the moment other than a Chef's Hat. :D I'll also see what I can do about the purple on the other. Lighter or darker, would you think? Thanks!
  8. 9/10 Mostly because of your name. I love it! And I've seen you quite a bit.
  9. Sigs are in order of date from top to bottom. Newest are at the bottom! C/C on these are greatly appreciated. I need to know what to improve on. Going for a minimalistic look on this one. [hide=Variations of Hunter Sig] Without a figure. New border as well. New border, and shifted the logo over a tad. [/hide] And there's one that suits me my old main and current theme. 06/11:: Added in this one. C/C please? 06/13:: Another one; this time comic-book style! So this is my first desktop wallpaper. It's rather large, so I'll just post the thumbnail link. 6:14:: A little Pirate sig.. just for fun! 6:16:: A new futuristic warrior sig
  10. I remember classes. I picked to be a warrior class and got a bronze longsword. I was sooo happy! But then I died and lost it, and I was very upset.
  11. Sadly for my current account, my Post Count is higher than my total level by almost 400. Oh well.
  12. What class you started as didn't affect your HP. The experience system was different back then, and what was 10 HP on RSC transferred to 9 HP on RS2. Not really a bug, merely an issue with continuity.
  13. I must say.. I do love Wolverine, and this pixel does him well. The shading is excellent and the overall quality is superb. However, two things stick out at me. One is that he seems to be a little short-statured to me. And second, his legs look a little too skinny and a little too short. But that's just me.. it might be my eyes deceiving me! ~Lunar
  14. If you're the only one with that sig, then I rate you a 7/10. I see it a lot. If not, I've at least heard of your name, so 5/10. *EDIT* Oh heh.. I see that "a lot of people have the NAD sig" So we'll go with a 5/10.
  15. Whew.. not much action on meh blog. Darn! Oh well. On to my goal of 99 Hunter, wish me luck! ~Lunar
  16. Thanks. Glad you've got patience enough to help me out! I'm working on it, getting better I hope. In the meantime, I made this little sig.. I spent about 30 minutes on it, and I think it looks good. But I know for a fact there's things I can improve on. I've been working on feathering and whatnot. Give it a looksie!
  17. Oh wow I like this version much better. Still got some choppiness around the darker black strand-thingies though.
  18. It's good, but some of the edges on the darker black strand-thingies are somewhat choppy. And that one little white-yellow spot under the 3/4 circle is annoying me. Other than that I really like it! Great work. ~Lunar
  19. My theory is that people who enjoy training Slayer and Hunter are usually more mature, seeing as they take more patience and don't always have an immediate pay-off. This will usually weed out the players who are just trying to get an instant satisfaction and/or pay-off from the skills. ~Lunar
  20. 3/10.. I've seen you somewhere before.
  21. Sean Connery comes and beats the crap out of George Clooney. So now there's so many buttons... I pick.. this one! *presses the octagonal button with a picture of a diamond on it.*
  22. Thanks all for your help so far. I'm working on it, and I think I've gotten a bit better. Just a tad, seeing as I haven't had much time to practice. But here's one I've got that I drew after I finished my Algebra II exam today. I had to fold it up to put it in my pocket, hence the creases in it. I need to work on more poses and how to correctly do them, hence the crouching guy in the corner. That's the one that I would like comments on the most. [hide=New picture!][/hide]
