Ok, so I wanted to attempt a sig.. so here's one that's not much of anything. But I think it looks cool. Tell me how you like it. *EDIT* The second one is one I've reduced to three colours. How do you like that one? It's super small. *EDIT 2* I've made one more. Check it out and tell me what you think! I've gotten nothing comment-wise so far.

I was in the Falador area methinks, and I saw people walking by with bright clothing (Dwarven) gigantic hammers (Granite Mauls), and Dragon Weapons. I was amazed!

I think I'm going to go for the following: 85 Woodcutting 85 Fishing 85 Firemaking And for combat: 70 Attack 70 Defense ~45-50 Strength If you couldn't tell, I like to have nice, even stats. Yes, a good idea indeed. If I can recall correctly, however, they previously had a page where you HAD to set your recovery questions. I remember just typing in random junk for it and moving on. ~Lunar

So today I've done quite a bit of fishing. Last night after I finished my 1k willows, I went off to the chicken pen for 1k feathers. Got that rather quickly to my surprise. My friend brought me a fly fishing rod and a surprise donation of 300 feathers. So.. fished 1.3k trouts and salmon today. Ended up with about a 7:5 ratio of them.. not that anyone really cares. So I'm woodcutting for the time being. Not sure If I'll get my 1k willows today since I started my fishing before I did woodcutting. Meh.. ~Lunar

@flava0falcon => You're right, it would be tedious to have to also attach handles to your axe when you make them. But what I mean is in case you just happen to find a pick axe head laying around or you find that yours has gone missing by some freak accident, you'd have those. Second.. you can't craft spears.. I'm also not talking about battleaxes. @Hpk_1 => I was hesitant about including Slayer Staves. I think I should take them out altogether, seeing as if you can make that then yes, you would have to be able to craft the others for balance.

Not so much "insignificant" as it is small. Just a little update to give that more complete feeling. But one downside to this is that it may end the awesomeness of some people's "General Store" collections or random collection of tools, seeing as you can make them now. But meh.. one step backwards, 5 and 3/4 steps forward. ~Lunar

Looks like this is actually a decent idea. I think I'll need more supporters to continue further with the idea and figure experience rates and levels requirements. We'll say.. 50 supporters. ~Lunar

Saw another autoer die in the bank from that good ol' Drunken Dwarf. Gotta love 'im! But anyways.. achieved 61 woodcutting today. That's another three levels! I'm feeling quite accomplished now. At the time of writing this, I'm fishing up anchovies and shrimps merely steps away from where I've just been woodcutting. I'll be netting these until 30 fishing, at which time I'll head on over to the Chicken Pen and slaughter enough chickens for 1k feathers. Afterwards, I'll fish those 1k feathers away on trouts (and hopefully salmon later). Don't know what level that'll get me, but hopefully it'll be good. Wish me luck! [/hide]

It's a nice idea to make the game easier, but I think it takes away some of the strategy aspect. You've got to learn and time things yourself; it's also a learning experience. I would say JaGEx probably wouldn't implement such a thing, seeing as many people already use popular third-party clients and programs that provide that very service. ~Lunar

I don't think this topic is to be critical of the poster. It's about the examine. @life_mage12 => The little things often count the most. Think of my very thread in this very forum; it's about crafting wooden shields for the most part. That's a little thing; but it adds a sense of completion and diversity to the game. @Flamebade => Getting sued? Didn't you read the post? JaGEx has included references to Monty Python and Edgar Allen Poe, among others, without legal issues (as far as we know). I'm sure that the blokes at JaGEx towers are smart enough to obtain legal permission before using things of the such. But as for the suggestion now.. I think it'd be a nice little addition to have that! I'm sure many have thought about it before but never spoken up. I wonder how many people would get the allusion there, however.. This topic is about exactly what the title says; is being a moderator in game a good thing or a bad thing? There are really two aspects I'm speaking of here. One aspect is the recognition. With that little silver crown next to your name, do you get more good attention or bad attention? The other is a matter of corruption. Does getting that crown corrupt some people? Does it make them "power-hungry" and/or abuse their powers? So the question is, does being a Moderator in game overall hinder or ease your gaming experience?

What a nifty idea. I like it. Shupportage! But.. I'm not sure how easily implemented this will be. It calls for accessing data from multiple servers at the same time (if you'll be able to spot all your friends on any world) and updating in real time. From my limited knowledge, I think that would be somewhat memory-intensive on their servers. But who knows..

I don't think this is a good idea at all. The whole concept of the Tutorial Island is to break in new players without conflict from the outside world. If JaGEx is going to do that, they might as well get rid of Tutorial Island all together and just change the spawn point back to Lumbridge beside the well (good ol' memories). Introducing new players into the world around the more experienced, and often immature, sets the wrong mood for new players and would probably discourage continued play. But that's just my opinion. ~Lunar

Thanks trip.. knew you'd drop by sooner or later. Did my 1k willows for the day.. what fun. It takes longer when I keep getting sidetracked. One of the main reasons I'm doing this is to prove to myself that I can set and accomplish goals. Previously, I hadn't been able to finish many goals that I would set; I'd merely start them and get bored or sidetracked and start doing something else.. But not now. I'm dead set on this. I'm starting easy, and then my goals will get harder. Currently I'm fishing some shrimps, then I'll do some combat to get 1k feathers; then fish up some trouts and salmon! Woohoo! Currently 12 fishing and 25 cooking; but soon to rise. ~Lunar
