I'v got the Broken Bridge event 5 times, a lvl 1,2, and 3(3 times) and haven't got any undead lumberjacks. Whats the deal.

Does the full outfit make you cut anyfaster? It said the full outfit would have be better. Or is it just a little better xp?

Also, do the snail shells do anything?

You need to make sure that you are in front of whoever you are bringing and always attack a snake first, this will draw the others to you, if you are in front then you will always be attacked.

will the undead come everytime you get the broken bridge? Or is it random. Becuase I'm thinking if you take route 1 they may come less, because it is supposed to be easier, with less enemy.

It seems to be one per event. I've waited to kill all that spawn and I only ever get one peice. Also, if you log out and back it doesn't seem to reset this. Yeah i got the pants, but unless the full outfit gives something good ,(no one knows since we cant get boots), I dont think I will be getting it. It seems like a lot of work.

If you sit there and wait for the undead lumberjacks to "rewpawn", can you still get pieces of clothing, or is it just one per "random event"

Whats the best method of getting to the bridge? Is it with a higher player and route 3? And when you get there what do you have to do to get a piece, is it a random chance?

I got a bunch of the nails trying to get the woodcuting outfit...no pieces yet. I was wondering if they are tradeable.

There is a sticky at the top, try using that, you might get more luck

As for bad games, there are thousands of MMO's that are terrible, there are going to be a lot of games comming out soon for free, comming out of Korea and China mainly. I'v Beta tested lots of MMO's from WoW to GW, Matrix online and FFXI. The thing I'v found is that they are just different. I like Runescape for different reasons then i like WoW or GW. Different games are just different and you need to approach them that way. These games communities will be different as well. You cant approach one like you would this one, it just wont work.

I think they should have already had it ready when they made this rule. It seems like they arnt prepared then to their customer base. It would have been a better business decision to already have it in place as a replacement when they changed the rules. And while they wait for it, continue to lose thousands of dollars a day? Andrew's top priority is the creation of a new Runescape client. As he said, in order to make it work perfectly, he is going to need time. Runescript is a difficult language to change. And while we wait for it, have to play on a sub-par designed method of accessing the game? Their first priority is to their paying customers. SS isnt loosing them any money, its the signitures that are using their bandwidth. They are two different subjects. Its obvioius that this bandwidth problem has been on their minds for a while. However, the new client hasn't. I'm sure its taking a long time to make a good one, however, an official runescape client should have been out a very long time ago.

I had to laugh at this statement... Jagex OWNS the game and people suddenly think we have a democracy going. We don't! You either do it their way or play another game! That's the entire reason for RULES. :roll: It is exactly like a Democracy. We vote for Jagex and for Runescape when we decide to pay for service. We vote no when we either remove our membership or never pay at all. What would Jagex do if everyone who usues SS removes their membership for two months. They very quickly would be fixing this issue.

I can give to the Sig's debate because it is a lot of ping'ing of their server, and I'v been meaning to make one for a while so this will encourage me. BUT, if they are going to make SS illegal to use, they should be very prepared to release a similar client of their own. Why, because we pay them to provide us with a service. Every other game provides you with a client to use, you load it to play the game. Jagex has been getting off easy by allowing people to use SS, now they are saying you have to use a browser, this just dosn't fly with me.

I'm paying my 5 dollars (and deal with the ads) a month as far as im concerned they are getting off easy by just having my sig ping their server or using SS. They provide no other way to play the game then through a web browser, they do nothing. SS and all the others are free, so as far as I see this is supporting Runescape and Jagex, and bringing more players into the game. If they are going to ban such things, then they better be prepared to offer a legal alternative to the problem. I'm not paying 5 dollars a month for a small view surrounded by black screen. I should be able to access the information any way I please as long as I am not gaining an advantage over other players. As a business decision for Jagex it's a dumb one, they alienate a huge chunck of their paying members and don't offer any alternative. Next, if they wanted, JAgex could get a sponsership deal with Microsoft and make it illegal to use anything other than IE to play. Where is it going to end?

I'm about to be 22 and I'v player RS since 2003. I find lots of older players and dont understand why people insist its made for the 13-16 age range. I also play Americas Army as well. Just stuff to help pass some free time between studying and class.

It's easier for the person to just find you, instead of you having to watch for a "4444" and then having to find that person. Its more steps involved.

I started playing late in 2003. My roomate in college got me into it at that point. I remeber cutting and burning wood for hours.

I just tell them to do their emote, usually followed by i dont have one, and i reply, then stop asking me to do mine.

When ever people tell me to meet them in edge, i say right away im not going into wild. 80% of the time i get there any they say "Im right across the brige, hurry up i have to go soon." then when i get there they tell me "Hurry up and come to me im lagging and cant move, i have to go soon". Its sad that this is the best idea these people have come up with. If you are going to be luring, at least be intelligent.
