New level 77 prayer - increases magic by 20% and defence by 25%.

Can anyone care to explain to me what is going on with current gem prices? Are they being merched or is it just inflation?

a solution for that has already come up: a bonus experience cap instead of a decreasing bonus multiplier. This way you dont have to worry about getting as much exp in as short a time possible, you can just relax and do any skill you like because everyone gets the same amount of total bonus experience. An XP cap would mean that people are going to spend the whole weekend no-lifing and grinding to make sure they get the most out of it and reach this cap, this can be just as unhealthy over the weekend.

Maybe the new skill will change boss hunting for the better. They said it is something not seen before and could be anything, will just have to wait and see. :mellow:

After reading a recent-ish Questions and answers most answers pointed towards a combat triangle rebalance, and with the recent magic updates i think this is true and happening. This in turn then leads to magic being more powerful with new spells ans set ups, the once before 'powerful' spells are being cast aside for new spells and equipment.

I got How The?.. first try. Was quite lucky that a sniper was standing next to his claymore however, Using SitRep and danger close would help alot. Goodluck with it. Oh and i did it on HQ because claymore are around quite alot.

How do you get the helm for ranging and magic? I cant see it.

I got 3 Pretty good challanges the other day in my opinion. Pathfinder - Run 250 miles with lightwieght, This took from lvl 1-67 using only marathon, SMG's and lightweight. How THE?.. - Incredibly easy now with sit rep. Use sit rep and a LMG with a heartbeat sensor. Find a claymore using Sitrep, shoot it and hope for the best! Omnicide - I got the 6 kills in 2 seconds, WAS insane. Was on Afgan early on in the game of HQ, threw a sticky inside the cave then saw a guy by the aeroplanes and shot him, (1) then my nade went off BAM 4 kills (5) and finnaly there was a guy wandering out of the cave thinking WTF so i shot him in the face, literally. (6) :thumbsup:

Isnt that a really expensive setup? And tbh where does ur loot go for the first 5 chests go? I just use Veracs and monks and do a trip every 7-10Mins afking the stuff costs me around 3k a trip with pots...
