  1. I would really stick to meleeing the dragon, as I tried maging it and it didn't work at all. And for you food, I would try to get some tuna/lobbies instead of salmon, because otherwise you'll be making a couple trips.
  2. If your thinking of training on lessers, well then I personally would not suggest it. I have tried training there and I felt like I was losing too many arrows, and finding a safespot was too much trouble (just my opinions), but you should try it out at least once to see for yourself. For me I train on mossies most of the time, and sometimes black knights in their castle west of the monastary. Anyway, training def with range (long range) is going to be very long since you shoot slower and you get only 2 exp (for both range and defence) for every point of damage you do as opposed to the 4 range exp you get per hit for accurate or rapid. Anyway however you decide to do it good luck!
  3. Mine pure ess, and then sell for 100ea once you have like 5k or so.
  4. Q: How do you know you have been playing runescape too much? BTW I read this on the official forums, its not my joke. But I did laugh at it. A: When someone dies (IRL) and you ask what they dropped! :anxious:
  5. Oh well :| , anyway thanks for the help.
  6. What is it for? If it is for POH's is it tradeable (I don't have/want a house)?
  7. To take advantage of the "amazing" graphics wouldn't you have to buy an expensive HD TV to play it on as well? Might as well buy a computer. I really hope that the developers start to realize that no matter how flashy a system or game is that it can still blow horribly disgusting chunks. Maybe thats why the WII looks funner than some supercomputer plugged into your TV?
  8. Don't quit, just take a break for a couple weeks. In those weeks you might find that you really don't want to quit, or you may find something else you would rather do. But do not quit immediately because of one thing.
  9. Do I need a new bag of salt, or fishing or explosive for every monster I kill? eg. I have to kil 114 rock slugs, so do I need to buy 114 bags of salt? Thanks in advance :)
  10. The only place I know where you can buy one would be from other players. I buy mine for 20k (not sure if that is the going price now). You also might be able to get one from a monster drop, so check tip.its bestiary. Or if you might get one from a treasure trail.
  11. The archery store in Rimmington is usually full for Iron (not sure if they have them) and steel arrows. I think the steel start at about 8 and every five arrows you buy the price goes up by one. Anyway if you want to buy some steel I have 8k 30ea
  12. http://www.break.com/index/real_chris_angel_part2.html This is a much funnier parody of his show, the guy even looks like Criss. There are a couple more like this on Break.
  13. Mine would be either finally getting a whip or 78 range (got 77 of those lvls on F2P moss giants \ )
  14. Mined some pure ess, and cleaned out the valuables in my bank. I managed to get 5k pure ess in 2 days so you could get a whip in 9 days if you mined pure ess (about 22k ess). If you really wanted to you could just craft like 8k nats and get 2.4 mil.
  15. Cursing: Basically you get the worst magic attack bonus you can and cast curse on someone and it will mostly miss, but you get the same amount of exp. for a succesful curse as a failed curse. Since you fail most of the time tho you can cast multiple times on the same enemy. It is cheap but I found it pretty boring, I managed to get 200 curses on the zammy monk in Varrock palace then I quit because I am not a fan of magic (so I'm sure it'd be different for you). To cast multiple times on one opponent: 1) Wear full metal armour (I think even full iron works as well as full rune), and no amulets that give bonuses. 2) Try to cast on someone with a high mage defense, as you will miss more often. Just follow those 2 rules (1 ecspecially) and you should be a cursing machine.
  16. Just world hop, its what I did, and eneded up getting lucky. Found a clan with 90+ people and won 60 straight, then the 90+ started to leave, and it went down quick. My point is: do your part if you find a 90+ clan world and they shoudln't mind. And world hop if you need to.
  17. Always look in Tip.Its bestiary, they have good info http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=773
  18. I would mine pure ess, its easy and in 5 days you could have 1mil+ (thats just 2k ess a day).
  19. I prefer going to Draynor then just running to port sarim, saves me 30gp :D
  20. I was only at lvl 46 combat wearing plain leather armour (that I had crafted :D , I was so proud), addy b axe, DF shield and tons of lobs (2 loads).
  21. Don't worry, I failed my first time. I had like 20 errors (150 points total  ). That was a bad day  . And I still haven't gone for my second test. Anyway, good luck on your second try, and like everyone said don't be nervous.
  22. Al-kharid guards, but the best spot I trined at was dark wizards, tons of runes from them and they hardly ever hit with your leather armour.
  23. I was 77 range when I became a member, and pretty much the whole time I either ranged black knights (in their fortress), or the mossies in Varock sewers.
