There was an announcement that Tip.It was looking for Moderators, where you could apply to become a moderator. It ran for about 2 weeks. Sorry if you missed it. :-#

Everyone has different views of a thread. As moderators, we see lots of reports from forum users as well, and it is hard to please everyone. Please don't be a jerk about not getting your way and pm an administrator or the mod if you disagree with a decision. Moved back to general discussion as the discussion from this thread has been flourishing. ;)

A year is a pretty long time IMO. Plenty to know who they are and whether they're active. I dunno a year seems like to little, but eh your rules. Being one of the guys reviewing all of the apps individually and then multiple times afterwards on the chosen trainees, they all deserve it. We like to see 6 months+ on an account as we can start to get a grasp of posting style and how they react within the community.

This is a suggestion, however it is not going to be received well. Effort will be noticed if you take the time in a suggestion thread. Correct spelling and a logical thought process will really help you and the readers. While the thread may attract spam, I want to leave it open as it is a suggestion. If you would like better feedback, put some more effort first. For others, if you think the thread is not quality, don't reply to it. It'll die through the forum selection process. If you disagree, pm me. Serious, we always welcome user feedback.

Btw, obviously this poll was going to be heavy english. Some polls are for different decisions that are trying to be made or just letting staff know in general what interest is out there.

Well, I was thinking of how we could do that. A signature in the corner first off should be fine, just keep it simple so it doesn't draw all the attention. When they go live we will also give a big thanks on the main page to everyone who has helped out. We really appreciate the help. :D
