The foraging summons really don't give that much extra exp to make a calculation on it. Just know that if you use granites the whole way, you will fish a bit less then your total expected. (Just to make it clear, I encourage you to use the granite lobsters all the way) Also I rounded off at about 40k-45k exp\hr at monks.

The only thing keeping phats steady are the fact that if one person claims they are going to rise, everyone jumps the band wagon and make it go up a few mill. Over time partyhats will go down, with new armor that shows off wealth there is no need for a 100m hat that does nothing.

I think just going for the oak larders is your best choice. I'm not sure how much Ghrim buys flatpacks for but it seems hauling them over the island would be a total waste of time. In the time saved from doing the construction leveling, and from selling flatpacks, you could make more money doing something else. Oh and something else to change your mind, hammers don't work with flatpacks, 50,750 experience per hammer.

You wouldn't do good at kings. The bare minimums are 70s in combat along with range and possibly magic.

Killing green dragons are probably one of the most reliable incomes per hour. So killing them to make up for the cost of 70 pray would be a good idea.

Definitely agility is next on the list, seeing as how the other 2 are just buyable.

I would save it and do some ge merchanting to make more money, unless you have a goal for a skill requiring money.

Clay platebodys are equivalent to rune. I would suggest going to a monster with lower defense, yaks would be a hell load faster then greaters. The plates last time wise in combat, if your hitting 0s all the time then you won't be using it to the fullest potential. Also buy helms next time, they last as long as plates\legs and cost less.

That's a good way of making money, but it doesn't make herblore any cheaper. How is it not making herblore cheaper? You grow your own herbs, so you're not paying as much per herb, therfor, cheaper herblore training. That is correct, but most people have a way of making faster money then gathering herbs. Making 200k from bones and hides from green dragons is logically better then 100k in herbs. Also if you want to go for your own herbs throw out a macaw, usually gets you a some nice drops.

If you followed the guide step by step then there shouldn't be a problem. Check to make sure you didn't skip any dialouges or forget to do something. If this is a bug of some sort, try logging out or switching to another server. Pick up the Washing bowl and to find a a mirror beneath it. Next search the Grotto to find Filliman's journal.

Its anywhere from 10-20 hours of pure TT'ing. Some people get the whole set in a row, and some get about 10 multiples before we get the final piece.

A bat is significantly better then a bunyip. But for aviansies a bunyip will be enough, while a bat is overkill. I guess you will also have to use armadyl pendant.

After the 5 minute logout, fishing has become a hell of a lot more bearable for some people. I guess people are just fishing more.

Your probably going to need a full inventory of sharks, and around 4 brews. The basic thing to keep in mind is to not stop running. Having a terrorbird will help and if you can use infinite run from pools.

If anything I think Jagex would encourage it.

Mix of brews\shark\tuna potatoes. The first room isn't really that hard, but the second your going to be in there a while.

Everyday the workers will work as hard as your percent is.

Theres tons of safespots, with runes\arrows its as easy as clicking and waiting.
