Im guessing a lot of PvP weapons are going to get bought out aswell with these new potions, I am surprised no one has bought out VLS yet, it is going to be insane.

Im working on 3rd age melee plate + legs, white phat and elysian spirit shield. It is a very long term goal for me.

I was looking at it and thinking; "wtf is so good about thi.. HOLY [cabbage] 99 SLAYER AT PROBABLY LEVEL 3 OR SOMETHING." I don't think someone who did absolutely nothing in the game for MONTHS deserves recognition.

They are all going to get stuck with more trash names anyways, it isn't fair to take away the good names from people who took time to think of them. All this update is going to do is cause problems. Every update Jagex has done this year has [bleep]ed up parts of the game, so what do you think is going to happen when they release an update that is tied into all their modules. They stated part of this update is a security factor, yet it won't help with security at all. Anyone giving out their password ingame will just say their username if they are that stupid in the first place, and keyloggers will still get both login name and password. The kiddies who picked the stupid names deserve to be stuck with them, that is my stance, and I am going to get this locked now.

Haha harsh, but so true. I chose my name at around 11 pm when I had a fever, I just wanted to check the game out and didn't care about a name. Looking back on that moment I would give anything to change my name, and now that chance has come. Congrats to the people that like their names, but what if in a year you might want to change? What's wrong with having options? I would never run into that problem because I think before I create an account. I had about 600M cash after finishing 99 slayer, I easily spent that on skills, then made another 500M or so since, probably more, spent all but 150M (my current amount). I am now out of buyable stats, but I still want a good goal, so my new goal is 1B cash, and then I shall buy my dream outfit: White Partyhat, 3rd age plate + legs and Elysian Spirit shield.

It isn't a chance at wealth, it is guarenteed. True. But your plants arnt gaurnteed to not die... Doesn't matter if they die, in the end you will always make more money with snapdragons as long as you don't get ripped off on seeds.

Of course, 180k before you minus the 120k from dead seeds. No that would be 180k profit.

You don't understand the fact that everything averages out in the long run though. You average 6.7 herbs/patch (or so people say, personally I get higher with snaps). Using that number I will calc the average profit per run with each herb: Snapdragon: [ CALC ]: 12.1k*6.7*5-62.9k*5 = 90,850 Ranarr: [ CALC ]: 8.5k*6.7*5-5*37.8k = 95,750 Toadflax: [ CALC ]: 2.7k*6.7*5-1.05k*5 = 85,200 By current numbers it goes Ranarr > Snapdragon > Toadflax. This is only because snapdragon seeds are over 3k higher than normal, if you plan ahead you will make easily 105k per run average on snaps, I actually average over 180k per run normally with snapdragons, and many other farmers I know have noticed higher yeilds on snapdragons.
