Just for anyone that doesnt know, 2-3 stone is approximated 24-42 pounds overweight. Im confused as to why he is saying "only" 20 pounds when he says his mother is pretty much the same. 20 pounds isnt that significant, if you really want to lose weight, it isnt what you eat, its exercise.

Yes, it attracts all retrievable projectiles. The "attraction" to iron means that you get additional iron items, normally arrows but sometimes ores, darts, knives or other random iron items.

Go with monk robes (if you dont have proselyte), take 6-8 pray pots and you will easily cover the costs from the ranarr drops. For the average task I use about 9 pray pots, A super attack and a super strength. This is about 80k. But from the drops (and I dont even bank which many do), I make easily 150-200k.

Cannon is not good for training range, 99% of people that use a cannon it is for slayer, not for range exp. As for the chins, save them till 90 range when they will actually be worth using. Just to point out how bad a cannon is for training range. I have been told many times that the max hit is around 11.5, this means 23 exp per ball fired. For 12 mill exp (approx level 73-99) you would need 522k cannon balls. At current market price this is 94M. Even if you used these at Dagannoths, which are the best return on your cannon balls, you would still be down about 75-80 Mill. Using Chinchompas from 85-99 would only be 40M, and take about 1/4 of the time.

I really recommend mountain trolls. I personally trained on them from about 99-105 combat. Some Info: Location: Death Plateau, north of Burthrope. Closest Bank: Rogues Den, right across from the Castle. Level/HP: Level 69, 90 HP. Good Drops: Nature Runes (7), Earth Runes (25-80), Half Keys and Many good seeds (including ranarr).

You and your soloing, Im sure it would work seeing as you can get in guilds and stuff with pies, why not do an obstical if you have the level.
