  2. Hopefully this topic will stay alive in 100 years. When I'm 116, I will let you guys know.
  3. [hide=Off-topic.] This is the real world, with real people getting paid for their jobs. If F2P got more updates, Jagex would have to lay off a few workers because they would lose money to P2P'ers switching to F2P. In any way, you can't go to Walmart and expect them to hand over merchandise for free. You have to pay to receive an item. It's the same to go for runescape. So... why did you quote me?[/hide]
  4. Jagex does have a slight appreciation for F2Pers because we could be potential P2Pers. I'm also guessing that over 95% of the updates that RS receives are through P2Pers, so once again, Jagex doesn't care that much about F2P.
  5. Jagex doesn't give a cabbage about us simply because we don't pay them any money.
  6. I've never calculated it just because of the inconsistencies. It's really hard to track exp/hr just because of all the bbone burying, the high alching, the randoms, etc. :x
  7. (I can't say anything because my rc level isn't 60+ yet. :-# )
  8. Were you working at Denny's cooking up Grand Slam after Grand Slam today? Congratulations.
  9. If you notice in the 3rd pic from the bottom that's posted in Ixindor's post, Lady Celtic isn't a mod of any sort. I did enjoy reading Ixindor's post, though. It's touching and inspiring. :)
  10. [hide=S Diamant Y - #1 ranked F2Per.][/hide] [hide=#3 ranked FoG player in the world (was #2 for a long time until Pur3lized passed him just today or yesterday...
  11. You read it, right? The thread creator does not think everyone should keep their skills at level one. They just want to know why and how people grind for higher levels. Answered in the first post. BECAUSE THEY ENJOY IT. [/hide] Enjoy it? Why do you enjoy it? What's fun about it? Most of the time people find ways to keep themselves busy whilst training. But Runescape is supposed to be a game, and a game is supposed to be something that people play to keep themselves busy. So if you have to keep yourself busy while playing it, does it even qualify as a game? Not really. No. Nowadays, RS is starting to turn into a chore. But people keep leveling for the sake of 'self-accomplishment.' Keeping yourself busy is one thing, but having set yourself a goal (for example, your 1m atk exp. that you set a few posts above) and REACHING it is what's most important. Wouldn't you feel great if you reached level 80 attack? 90 attack? 99 attack?! That's what makes it fun and enjoyable. ;) According to Tip.it's Xp Table, 1m exp. in atk is just before level 74, so essentially you're saying you want to gain 2 more levels in attack? That's pretty much done in about 3-5 hours, depending on where you train (SoS spiders, of course, are my advice, if you're F2P).
  12. Congratulations! =D> F2P ftw!
  13. Ranging Hill Giants is fairly good, as they sometimes have some good drops. Otherwise I would say mining coal or lobbies (you'll have to get your respective skill levels up first, of course).
  14. I just searched it in iTunes and it's still in there, if you want to pay for it. Other than that, I'm not too sure. (Too bad those links on the first post are broken.)
  15. Was the guy on the high scores named Pinkbullet3? Watch what? [OP's answer:] Well, there's a spot in F2P in the Stronghold of Security on the 3rd floor where you have aggressive spiders... And there are 3 rooms full of these things. Place yourself in the middle and set up a YouTube window in another part of your monitor. Just be sure to keep track of your health. I call it 'afk spiders,' but technically I'm still at the keyboard so... And since these things are aggressive, they'll constantly attack you, giving you constant exp. gains.
  16. Go ahead, lol. I don't mind. :
  17. I lived in Carpentersville 11 years ago. I don't know this place, though. That's really disgusting, though. I'd like to throw her to the ground and see what her reaction would be.
  18. Happy Birthday, Pure! :XD: :twss:
  19. Added a new bank pic.
