F2p training by repeat dueling viable?
When you kill monsters, you get exp AND drops. When you kill people you waste time between kills and get nothing. If you're training right you'll make up for your food costs in drops, so this is pointless.

help meeee
Smithing- blast furnace. Look for Dan's blast furnace guide on the player made guides forum. Mithril bolts there will make you a profit to 69 smithing. Thieving- pyramid plunder. Bank your artifacts and sell on the GE for profit. Agility- Wilderness course. Use cakes and it's basically free. Crafting- spin flax if you're on a budget, it makes profit.

noob
You don't need to ask him anything- Zezima hates all the attention he gets and would NEVER go around on a noob account TELLING people he's Zezima. Just add him to ignore and move on.

I think flax comes in larger quantities. Bingo. You also get herb seed with flax, though usually low level ones. I did get a ranarr once. As approval goes down, all that happens is less money is used per day. You get a set amount of resources per money they take, so you don't have to worry about making less profit per money put in. It just becomes slower.

I mean 10 fish, 5 flax. This is the best way, on average, to make maximum profit. Until the market shifts, that is.

^Herbs are pretty bad for money. Coal goes up and down.

need quick quest cape help.
If it gives a quest point, you have to do it. If it doesn't give a quest point and isn't paying the Wise Old Man 99k, you don't have to do it.

Steel/Iron titans
I don't have any experience with how accurate they are, care to give us a vague idea? If it's not just going to be a 0 fest, I would go for it.

Black Dragon Hide Coif?
God coifs give the exact same stats as regular coifs. Which is a +2 range bonus. Even fully degraded a black d'hide coif gives a higher bonus than a god coif. I'm fairly certain that they last for 5 hours of combat. But since your not fighting the entire time it's about 6 hours real time. Lol, god coifs give +8. Nice misinformation.

Lessers or Cockroaches?
If you're fishing food on the island, pick up as many of the steel drops as you can too, and sell them to the general store. No reason to just leave them there.

Maples aren't good for money anymore, I would put 10 on fish instead. Other than that, looks good. Checking every two days is ideal- that way you're still there quite quick but you're guaranteed not to get there and find that they haven't started the new day yet. Personally I usually leave it for a few weeks and then just toss in another 700k and get my stuff. This is not efficient, but it is easier. Your signature is awesome.

THIS IS NOT A BAD IDEA AT ALL. My first ever experience with poison was wandering around exploring Karamja with my first ever glory and d long. I saw people fighting tribesmen and gave it a go. As it turns out, they were using antipoison, and I didn't have any. Died from 6 poison, which I believe was second highest in the game (second only to KBD 8 poison) at the time. I still hate those tribesmen. I should go slaughter them now that I'm nearly invincible to their puny savage weaponry  Oh, but anyway, back on topic. I think you would fit right in at Catherby. If you look on a map, you'll find that your best way there is crossing white wolf mountain from Tavelry, which is very near Falador. You could also teleport to Camelot if you have the level and then head slightly southeast, or ask a nice 90+ mage to teleother you there. Or you could buy a Camelot Teleport off the GE and use that, which is a clay tablet you can break to cast a spell.
