wich armor is better then rune for f2p?
More expensive but exactly the same stats- treasure trail armor. There's Zamorak, Guthix, Saradomin, Trimmed, Gold trimmed and gilded. Better stats- You're limited to First of Guthix items here. Rune gauntlets and Rune berserker shield are great.

Infinity Gloves?
If there is, it isn't visible on anything with long sleeves. I've seen them with Ahrim's and infinity top, and neither showed anything but dark blue.

Infinity Gloves?
They're dark blue. Nothing exciting at all if that's what you're going for.

Adamantite Arrowheads?
I don't know, but judging by the fact that addy arrows are almost useless now, I'm going to guess that bolts are better.

Fishing/Summoning
Yes, and I would strongly recommend the granite lobster if you plan on ever getting high level summoning. May as well get it now- each pouch gets over 10 sharks during its lifetime, and many swordfish.

Fastest was from 60-70 Herblore.
Whatever you do, don't farm cheap herbs like irit. Ranarrs are much better money/harvest, and snapdragon better still if you can grow them. If you want irits, then farm ranarrs, sell the ranarr, and buy irits with the money. You'll end up with WAY more irits.

what to kill for charms
Yeah, training slayer is good because it'll get you charms, train your combat, and get you closer to being able to kill dust devils at 65 slayer, which are excellent charm droppers. After you're stronger, like around 80 melee stats, waterfiends are the best crimson charm droppers in the game without spending 6k/charm bursting rock lobsters.

Barrows Question. (answered, close)
This of it this way. Each brother has a certain chance of dropping a barrows item, which would go to the chest. Let's call it 1/600. If you kill no brothers, you have a 0% chance of getting an item. As you kill them, each one adds likelyhood to there being an item in the chest- 1/600 if you kill one, 1/300 if you kill two, 1/200 if you kill three, 1/150 if you kill four, 1/120 if you kill five, and 1/100 if you kill all six. That's unlikely to be the exact number, but the concept is what I'm going for.

Item Lending = RWT
Because surely this idea is so out there that I'm the only one who could think of it. It's not like it's obvious or anything.

Hunting dragon implings
How do most people go about this? I've always liked the idea of getting 83 hunter and trying it out, but I've only ever seen one dragon imp (which I actually managed to catch using the ooglog hunter pool and a TON of luck). I have NEVER seen one in Puro Puro. Is there a trick to finding them, or is it just total luck? I suspect there must be some trick because people claim to make a living on it.

Abby demons
They're pretty good training, and drop okay. The charms are terrible though. There are better places you could go to train, but none where you'll get comparable drops and not have to bank often. Basically they're good if you want to train melee and want to walk away with some cash and a few charms. Not the excellent monster they were when whips were over 5mil.

Grand Exchange syndrome
To those saying you don't get the green bar on HD- that's not a problem with Runescape, it's a problem with your computer. I've been seeing the green bar since day one of the HD beta.

Grand Exchange syndrome
Thats how I got some of my cash. But I am talking about non-investments (stuff that I need for skilling). I want to smelt 100addy bars, but I buy 25k coal for it... Try this- skill based on the market. When coal looks like a good investment, do some smelting and sell all that extra coal you compulsively bought the next day as a profit. Same with cooking or whatever.

Grand Exchange syndrome
It sounds like you really need to get into investing and put that love of green bars to use. Study the GE database and find items that are on the rise, buy a bunch, and then sell them before they start going down. Two green bars and a lot of money every trade if you do it right \

Spirit of Summer-Item Lending Update
This has been answered so many times on this thread -.- It's in a pile of rubble on the farm near the quest start.

Item Lending = RWT
This is going dangerously off-topic, but: He seems to think junk trading is an acceptable thing. He made it clear he isn't sure how the rest of the staff feels about it, but he personally sees it as a good way to keep merchanting alive without opening the door for RWT. I pointed out that it makes some items very difficult to trade, like third age, and he seemed astonished that people actually HAVE 70mil in junk. It may be something he looks into in cases like that, he says. For the GE, all he had to say was that the trade restrictions are there for a reason. He said there was definitely an argument for removing price floors, but didn't seem keen on the idea. He seemed to like, for example, that skillers benefit from the arrangement of mithril arrows selling slowly for a higher price than they would go for if the GE accurately reflected their value. It's kind of odd how he views the market- it's not supposed to be 100% efficient in his mind, he likes the quirks and blips. He also talked to me about skills. I asked him why skills cut off so early in many cases, and he explained that in the past, they expected the game to sort of end for people at level 80ish in all skills. The only reason they initially put in levels 81-99 was for people who wanted to continue to hang out and skill with their lower level friends, but they felt that putting in such very high level abilities would be discouraging. The game, when these things were decided, was immature. They had smaller plans, and never expected people to stick around for 5, 6, 7 years, attaining multiple level 99s. He went on to say that they have since corrected this viewpoint, which is why we see Summoning (the skill I commend in my giant skill suggestion as being well-balanced) going all the way to 99 with useful familiars. They are taking it slow with some skills as a sort of reserve for appreciated updates, which makes sense on some level- they can pull out the level 95 slayer monster complete with awesome new armor any time when they need something people will like. It's frustrating for the players who are starting to run out of stuff to do, but it works well for the majority. Finally, we discussed the runecrafting dilemma of blood runes costing less than death runes. I suggested that we need more spells that use a lot of blood runes and no death runes, and he remained determinately quiet. I interpret this as my idea already being in the works *crosses fingers*. He changed the subject to what they'll need to do when the soul altar comes out, and we discussed what sort of Lunar spells could use soul runes (more advanced combat aid spells). Then he had to go. Edit: Paul would like to clarify: "As long as the rulebreaking is little enough that we can keep on top of it by banning the perpetrators - then I don't want to be limiting legit player's gameplay." This is a slightly different message than what I said about him not minding the RWTing. He seems pretty adamant that he will totally ban people doing that.

Item Lending = RWT
So I just had a discussion with Paul Gower about this in-game. My hands are still shaking. Basically, he agrees that this is unlikely to become a big issue. He also doesn't care if a few people pay for it as long as it doesn't threaten the company again. Then we got off topic, talked about GE trade limits and junk trading and updates to skills and blood and death rune prices. That was pretty awesome.

Item Lending = RWT
You make up a new one every time, incredible. First off, autoers? Autoers are gone for good now, how are they relevant in this at all? I was pointing out how your logic is flawed. If we go back before you went off subject, I clearly asked you how it is a problem, as it doesn't affect other players, and doesn't put the economy out of whack. Could be called "Off the books". It's starting to become pretty obvious that you don't have anything of use to say, and you've stopped making sense. I've said what I'm going to say to your arguments, now excuse me if I don't waste any more time on your nonsense.
-
Item Lending = RWT
An excellent question. I will respond with equal eloquence- yes.
-
Item Lending = RWT
Okay, I will spell it out for you. Bringing back ways for autoers to make real money is bad. Read the dev diaries on the Dec. 10 updates if you want more info. You're contradicting yourself. According to this sentence's logic, for them to loan items for money is fine and dandy, after all item loans have worth! Excuse me? Yes, loaning items for RUNESCAPE money is fine. because an item loan has value. I'm not sure what you're getting at here.
-
Item Lending = RWT
Your whole thread is based on the assumption that it would be a big problem. In the wild chance that it does happen, large-scale, how is it a problem? If some people are lending around their god swords and some idiots are paying for it, it doesn't affect other players in any way. It's just like a service, but instead of paying geepees, you pay real money. The rest of the world is unaffected. My thread is not based on the fact that it would be, but on the possibility that it might be. If you can't see the problem in making RS back into a way for Chinese sweatshops to churn out money, then I really don't know what to say to you. This would also help those trying to sell item loans in game. The loan being valued 0 is ridiculous; services have a value, just like items, and the game needs to recognize this. Or are you arguing that item loans truly are worthless?
-
Item Lending = RWT
There are many lendable items with a much larger supply, Godswords are just an example. Dragon axes, Bandos armor, fury amulets... All of these things could be lent for cash. Excuse me for making a wild assumption here, but I believe 24 hours of owning a party hat or AGS is worth slightly more than 30k. The point here isn't even really if it's going to become widespread right away. The issue is that RWT is now possible. Take it how you will, I could offer to provide a Runescape service to somebody in return for a real life benefit. Preventing that was what the Dec. 10 updates were all about, and we may as well shut the loophole. I'm not seeing a good argument for leaving it open- it's just a problem waiting to happen. People are not fine with lending for 30k, if you had seen any lending going on you would know that people have been junk trading 200k+ for a couple hours of Godsword usage, which is only bound to become more common now that there's no trust trade involved.

Item Lending = RWT
If I can draw a flawed comparison between a valid argument and ridiculous one, I will look smart.

Item Lending = RWT
If there was a gold buying market, there will be an item lending market.
