Spirit of Summer-Item Lending Update
Okay, so here's the deal with the cursed magic tree: When you cut it in the ghost realm, you get cursed magic logs. You get 275 exp per log. When the tree dies, you can leave the realm and find a grown magic tree in the real wilderness. Your logs will become regular magic logs when you leave. Presumably, when the tree in the overworld dies, you can go back to the cursed realm and chop more cursed logs. If you like chopping magics, but would rather go to an inconvenient spot in the wilderness to chop them than deal with respawns (or grow your own and use a hydra), then THIS IS THE UPDATE FOR YOU. Of course, it stops applying to me at "like chopping magics"- nobody in their right mind chops magics over yews.

You go north, there's a disc up there near the beast. Dismiss the familiar whose pouch icon matches the disc while both the familiar and the beast are standing on it.

Spirit of Summer-Item Lending Update
WOW this quest is annoying. First I had to wait for a limp to grow, now I have to repeatedly run back to the GE and buy new noob pouches. Can't find out which I need next until I use the last one  Aaand desert wyrms aren't selling on the GE. This quest RAWKS.

Some Summoning Help Please?
We're going dangerously off topic, but I'd try using broad bolts for a run and see if you don't like them better. I used diamond and was thoroughly unimpressed by how little edge they had over broad bolts, for costing 10x as much. They did MAYBE 10% faster damage. Not worth it in my opinion.

99 cooking
As a 99 cook, I can say with absolute certainty that you are wrong. I think it's at 91 or 92. That said, I would suggest cooking something you definitely won't burn, like lobsters, until around 89 or 90, at which point the burn rate for monks is pretty low. Not really...Every monk you burn loses you the GE value of a cooked monkfish AND the difference between a raw and cooked monkfish, because you'll have to cook another for 99 cooking. It may be pure profit, in some ways of looking at it, but it's the difference between less and more pure profit. May as well choose more pure profit.

slayer outfit
I don't think it says anything bad about the "state of the community" that people don't just stand by and let you suggest obviously inferior equipment choices to somebody asking for advice. Anyway, here's my setup: Slayer helm>Black mask Fury>Glory Fire cape>Trimmed skill cape>Untrimmed skill cape>Obsidian cape>Legends cape Bandos top>Barrows plate>Verac's Brassard>Granite top>Dragon chain>Rune plate Bandos Tassets>Verac's skirt>Barrows legs>Guthan's skirt>Dragon legs>Rune legs Saradomin Godsword>Abyssal whip/Saradomin sword>Other Godsword>Dragon scimitar Dragonfire shield>Rune defender>Obsidian shield Barrows gloves>Highest RFD gloves in your posession (If you don't have Barrows gloves, what are you doing slaying?! Go train for the quest!) Dragon boots>Rune boots>Bandos boots>Addy boots Berzerker ring>Warrior ring>Wealth ring>Life ring

waterfiends
I think you ought to train your melee a bit more before you attempt waterfiends. Try for 85+ in att str and def.

Weird Question (assist)
That won't work- it's been confirmed by multiple people that assist doesn't help stop failure of tasks. Actually, turn it on does usually work. Have you ever tried to assist with cooking? If they can cook the fish, it WILL NOT WORK. This is not news, it's been that way since assist came out.

Weird Question (assist)
Why i can't help my friend with cooking, since i had above 90 cooking, and he always burned his swordfish, why couldn't i assist him so he wouldn't burn any. Isn't it obvious? The assist system doesn't work that way. Nothing you can do about it.

Weird Question (assist)
So, wait, what are you asking?

Not another thread on F2P High Alching!
If you KNOW there are multiple threads on this topic, why do you think anybody is going to suggest anything different here?

Some Summoning Help Please?
Agreed, except for the bit abou ranging them. I've never personally tried it, but with the time it takes to get the distances and what not(if safespotting) and the reduced rate at which you do damage, it seems a LOT slower. What's there to not agree on? My statement was that I make a significant profit killing them. It is slower, but that doesn't mean I don't make a profit. There's no arguable point there, just a fact. The reason I range them is because I maxed out my melees.

Barrows Question
Sounds like a bug to me.

Some Summoning Help Please?
If you're losing cash at waterfiends, you are doing it wrong. I tend to make enough between waterfiends and MTK that training summoning doesn't end up reducing my net worth over time much. They have ridiculously good drops- pick up those noted water orbs and snape grass, and the mithril arrows and watermelon seeds. Alch the rune meds. I even make a significant profit ranging them with broad bolts, which costs more.

Cost of charms at Rock lobsters?
200-250 charms/1k bursts on average.

Mountain Trolls
You can severly cut their max hit by wearing the correct armour. Think is was a wooden square shiled is a fremennik something... Anyways, yeah, I would get a decent amount of crush bonus. But than again, just wear standard armour, you should know what it is. Wrong trolls, we're talking about mountain trolls, not ice trolls. OP, what are your stats?

What should i train combat level on ???
Frankly, that's a bad decision you'll regret at higher levels.

kyatt fur, how long to get full inv?
There are trees up there for logs, yeah. The quickest ways to get up there, in order, are: Arctic bear teleport (71 summoning) Fairy rings Slayer ring teleport to slayer cave Lyre teleport House teleport to Relleka Lunar teleports Camelot teleport

kyatt fur, how long to get full inv?
Quite a while, at least 30 minutes, probably closer to 45. They drop tatty fur about 2/3 of the time, so you're looking at about 120 kills. Bring terrorbird scrolls or another way to restore energy, I found out the hard way that you WILL run out.

My Next 99??
I train fishing for the total levels (actually I think the only reason it's so high was when I went on my kick looking for a big shark and it took over 9k sharks -.-). I promise I can beat the money your fishing makes by, say, tanning dragonhide, which doesn't take any skills at all. And don't pull the "but you get no exp for that" card; you don't get any useful exp from fishing anymore either :P
-
My Next 99??
99 magic gives more accurate spells, so if you barrage in BH or whatever, there you go. If you only count new spells as practical, I guess it's only practical up to 96 for spellbook swap.
-
My Next 99??
Lol, says the man with 99 fishing and woodcutting. Even at 99 in those skills, there are quicker ways to make money that low levels can do. But I'm sure you didn't do it for the money- you did it for the cape and the satisfaction of seeing that level 99, right? Same reason people get any 99 skill. That said, ranged, summoning, and magic are great buyable 99s.
