  1. You're not going to get much faster than aviansies without busting out the chins. Ranged is just kind of slow until the high 80s. I would highly recommend sticking with the aviansies, the money is pretty nice for such an easy monster. You could even use it to buy chins :P
  2. Seriously, look at his task list. Many are the same as Chaeldar would be assigning, but in higher numbers. He does have goraks, warped terrorbirds, and mith dragons, but none of those are impossible for a well equiped level 100. You may have to do it in a couple trips, but it's worth the extra points you get. Worst case scenario, you can skip the task for 30 points. Most of Duradels tasks are easy for anybody who can use him. He assigns dust devils, kalphites, gargoyles, nechryael, aberrant specters, black demons, hellhounds and abyssal demons most frequently, and they're all easy or safespottable.
  3. Something kind of fun if you want some magic exp is to buy raw summer pies and cast the Lunar pie bake spell on them (after 95 cooking, of course). 60 magic exp and 260 cooking exp each, never burn, and you cook much faster with the spell than on a range. It's costly, but the magic exp is a nice addition, and it's MUCH MUCH faster. This is what I did from 95-99 for the most part. The pies take a while to buy, so if you want to do this get your offer in the GE early. Edit: Oh yeah, and buy a steam staff.
  4. No, as I recall you have to go through a couple times, as you have to leave to do something in the outside world at some point. And no, Lletya doesn't open up until Mourning's Ends 1 I believe.
  5. It would be pretty dumb to use Chaeldar- that's 25 less points on 10th tasks and 75 less points on 50th tasks. Use Duradel, NOTHING he assigns is that hard.
  6. Every 10th task you get 5 times the normal points. Every 50th you get 15 times the normal points. This applies no matter what master you used for the other 9 tasks.
  7. If you want the fastest points, use Mazchna in Canafis for all tasks except multiples of 10. For task 10, 20, 30, etc. use Duradel for the 75 point bonus. On the 50th task you get 225.
  8. Oooh, I get it now! You're not making your own stupid pointless worlds, you're the kind of scum that leeches off higher level worlds and forces them to change around because low levels are making them lose! The kind of idiots that flood worlds with pures who sit there hacking pointlessly at shifters while the 100+ do all the work! Well, screw you. I hope a mod has the sense to delete this thread.
  9. It says F2P in the subject #-o I don't know much about modern low level F2P, sorry.
  10. If you own Verac's skirt, there is no reason at all to buy Torag's legs. They're just a worse version of Verac's skirt.
  11. That doesn't make it non-stupid to call it 100+. It isn't 100+ if anybody can wander in.
  12. Protip: Level X+ worlds posted on a forum are no longer level X+.
  13. Either way, you should be using Verac's skirt. It has the same defense as Torags, plus a prayer bonus. Which plate should depend on the task. Barrows plates are good for things which can beat you up (black demons, etc), and fighter torso is good for things that can't (dust devils, etc). If you own Guthans, use that plate instead of getting Torags- they're identical.
  14. Ah, cool, thanks. Somewhat off-topic: I wonder why Turoths and Kurasks carry around leaf-bladed swords. If I was 100% invincible except for four different items, I would sure as hell not carry one of them around with me.
  15. I personally doubt you have to kill either, but go ahead and kill the turoth one- that's only 55 summoning. Then you have a nice place to kill turoth under the well if you like.
  16. You do realize that you can sell the minds and deaths from the chest and use that money to buy bloods, airs, and fires? Close; it's actually ectophial. Ectophail is a hilarious misspelling because phail is a common 1337 speak spelling for fail.
  17. I know there was a rumor floating around that you had to kill the turoth and/or kurask bosses on the lower floor of the smoky well before you can get it. Not sure if that turned out to be true or not, but you may as well do it. Those bosses are horribly easy, just don't forget your leaf spear.

Make iron nails and sell them to the sawmill guy until you can make mithril bolts at 63 (? check that before you plan based on it) smithing. Then make mithril bolts at the blast furnace. There's a really excellent blast furnace guide in the AOW. If you do it this way, you ought to end up with some profit, and it's not horribly slow either \
  19. You can't sell a bow unless it's "new," which is not what you get when you charge a seed. You'll need to use up the charges and sell the seed, if you charge it again it will become an untradable "10/10" bow. You also can't recharge a bow without fully expending it.
  20. Go to the Karamja volcano, there's a false wall behind the red spiders which leads into Crandor.

    Depends, where are the spawns?
  22. Call to healer. Run to the dispenser and get food. Run to the trap north of the dispenser and drop 4 pieces of the called food on it. Run to the log spawn, drop the rest of the right food in a trail as you run. Grab the logs. This should be almost exactly when the food type changes. Call to healer. Run back to the trap and drop another trail of the new food as you run. Fix trap. Drop the rest of the food on the trap, then run down and drop all the food that hasn't been called in front of the cave they exit through. Refill food. Food type ought to have changed again, call it to healer, then go fix the trap. Now you need more logs, so start all over, dropping 4 pieces on the trap and leaving a new trail of food to the logs. That's really all there is to it. You don't even have to change what you do based on what the runners are doing; if you do that over and over, you WILL kill them all. Quickly. I often beat the attackers (yes, two of them, though I have a few defender levels). After you finish, go use the cannon on healers.
  23. Have you started DT? That's why.
  24. Mining gold isn't bad for cash. You could train there by mining essence, and then sell the essence or use it to train your Runecrafting  Contrary to what the poster above said, don't bother with smithing, or any refining skill besides runecrafting, unless you need it for a quest. The four ftp skills that will never make money (barring an extremely unlikely update) are smithing, crafting, cooking and firemaking.
  25. A couple things- Don't bring food. Instead, bring a stack of a few hundred blood runes and heal with blood burst. Much more effective. You can get up to 9 rock lobsters on you, and they WILL follow- you just need to hug the walls. Don't go any further in any direction than you have to to get the lobsters back, and none will wander off. If you choose to do so, however, you have to deal with wallasalskis attacking you, so many people prefer to do 7. Bring a couple prayer items to wear while luring, it saves prayer pots. Bring a holy wrench if you have one.
