  1. I did an experiment once, and got my giant pouch down to only holding one essence. I assume that eventually all the pouches would hold nothing. On the first degradation a giant pouch holds 9, and then it just keeps getting worse as you use it more.
  2. Flesh crawlers or ice giants at the ice plateau.
  3. Grab a godsword and play PC. Use your points on full void ranged. It's pretty good exp (I made a ton of str exp I didn't need getting my full void ranged) and you'll want it when you're finished with melee.
  4. It is SO MUCH BETTER than full Arma. I've used both.

Quick, sell your gold bars before you have to junk trade to do so!
  6. I don't quite understand how my running off to do 170 nechryael and then 180 dust devils and then 173 dagganoth and then 145 abberrant specters and then 170 abyssal demons and then 180 black demons etc etc... makes more money than killing likely around a thousand spiritual mages or abyssal demons. That task list is not particularly unlikely. I like slayer, but I don't pretend I'm at my most efficient, money-wise, when I'm training it. Especially now that I'm 90 slayer and maxed melees... I've had to admit myself that I'm strictly doing it for fun now lol.
  7. Weell... the issue is you're bringing two super sets (which is six inventory spaces) AND a few antifire, plus some backup prayer (though as you get better you can diminish that to one emergency prayer potion)... A backup bunyip... And then you need all your other gear like alchs, a teleport, money and axe to get in, and you need one free inventory spot to switch to SGS. You could bring a terrorbird down and use it to hold some potion while you collect drops, and then dismiss it after it has served its purpose, but that would defeat the point, since you pray a LOT more without a bunyip. I'd say just stick with Verac's- you'd be amazed how little iron dragons actually hit at 99 potted def. We mostly pray on them just because we're used to it from lower levels, I've found. I actually thought of this method after a steel took a few shots at me with my prayer down and hit all 0s.
  8. The rewards are the same for each master, meaning that you can cancel ANY task for 30 points, regardless of where you got the task or the points. The quickest way to get points is to power through tasks from the Canafis master, and then every 10th task go to Duradel for the bonus (75 points every 10th task, 225 every 50th). The slayer mask, blocking bad tasks, and crafting slayer rings are by far the best things to spend points on. After that, you can get good money buying slayer dart runes and selling them. The buy exp function isn't very worth it.
  9. Oh really? Does it still have stats? Does the set effect still work? no lol Baww.
  10. Even if you have a unicorn, the prayer aspect of the special alone makes the SGS worth its price half again over. I frequently go four or five kills in a row without needing to use any prayer restore other than SGS specs and the GWD altar. BGS special is garbage compared to the SGS, but I kinda like it. I hit 60 on Graardor and 67 on the KQ (while soloing, no less :D). Needless to say, both of those fights were over quickly. I prefer it to the AGS, though I am flamed for this view. AGS is overrated for any use but world 6 Bandos, where it is basically required.
  11. Chins being crowded isn't as bad as it seems- it's actually helpful that the chins have an extremely low chance of managing to just wander off. If somebody else catches a chin, it'll spawn again quite quickly.
  12. To this I would add: SGS is the BEST for non-competitive (lootshare/coinshare) god wars or DKs, the healing makes you last WAY longer and use WAY less potions. BGS is a cheaper alternative to the SGS or AGS for monster hunting- the special can be killer if you hit high on a high defense boss. SGS is the best for "just killing things" IMO, can't beat that special. Use the extra prayer for turning piety on for a while between specs- this makes it more powerful than any other weapons. Free piety = win. AGS is the best for competitive boss killing where lootshare is off, but if you're not doing that, SGS is better and BGS is arguably better (boosting the hits of the whole team for the whole kill vs. adding 25% to two of your own hits).
  13. Yeah, I think it still gives a good 300k an hour.
  14. Bring black dragonhide and a whip. If you pray melee on the guy you should be fine, and pray mage if you see a revenant.
  15. You will get attacked by a "double agent," which will melee and is easy. Watch out for "revenants," they take the place of pkers. Nowhere near as deadly though, just run away and they won't be able to keep up.
  16. Oh really? Does it still have stats? Does the set effect still work?
  17. Some familiars speak english and don't need a higher level to understand, others are fully animal and only communicate in chirps or growls or whatever until you're ten levels higher.
  18. I think you eat gnome food slower than normal food though.
  19. Bolts aren't lendable, only equipment that won't degrade. You could borrow a fury or ranger boots though.
  20. If you can figure out where Jagex saves its cache on your computer (anybody know where that happens on a Windows?), delete that file and then try. It may have become corrupted, and if you delete it RS will make a new one.
  21. You can't, stop bumping this and triple posting, just use the other thread. -.-
  22. Here's a list of good foods: Tuna Potato/Manta ray- identically heal 22 hp in one bite with no stat bonuses. Sea turtle- heals 21 in one bite, no stat bonuses. Saradomin Brew- heals based on hp level, I think it does 15 per dose at 99 (I should really know that...) which is 60hp in 4 bites. Also acts as a super defense potion dose, and lowers attack, strength, ranged, and magic. Stat losses countered by a dose of super restore. Summer pie- heals 11 in two bites for a total of 22. Also restores run energy and boosts agility 5(?) levels. Wild pie- heals 11 in two bites for a total of 22. Boosts ranged and slayer by 5. Pineapple pizza- heals 11 in two bites for a total of 22. No stat bonuses. Shark/mushroom potato- Heals 20 in one bite, no stat bonuses.
  23. He has a stat sig #-o
  24. Buying a set of armor for a low price and selling it together for a high price is investing now? Wow, I wish I could redefine words too. That must be cool.
  25. The only reason you would want a sara sword is if you need to train strength. At your level, you'd be much better off buying the cheaper whip and an obsidian shield, and just training controlled.
