  1. I used to think that when my rc was in the low 60s (and super energies cost 3x as much and there was no GE). Then I tried them. Don't knock it until you've tried it.
  2. ... #-o *makes a mental note to quit dropping his rune javelin drops* My only defense is that back in the day when metal dragons came out, nats were 400 ea and that would have been impractical.
  3. Losses? If you're looking at gp/hour, you'll GAIN a significant amount. The time you save is well worth the price of potions.
  4. It's SO worth it to use super energy for any Runecrafting. You'd be wasting a ton of time without it. Though personally I prefer using terrorbird scrolls, because they're cheaper and abyss familiars are a pain anyway.
  5. Somewhat off topic- Godswords are MUCH better when your melee stats are extremely high. Don't judge it in the low 90s and then tell everyone it's a bad weapon.
  6. Honey badger to 46 Pyre lord to 49 Bloated leach to 57
  7. You can autocast curse?! Lol no.
  8. Oops. In that case, I would use them.
  9. If you sell them and buy something decent like barbed bolts instead, you'll be happy you did. Arrows are terrible compared to crossbows.
  10. ok... then irons... You will lose money maging irons unless you get d legs at least once every few trips. Of course, I'm a huge skeptic when it comes to irons and steels. I did every single iron dragon task from 60ish to 90 slayer (which HAD to be over 3k dragons) without one drop better than r2h. Before that I killed around a thousand and got one pair of d legs and one d spear to show for it. I hate that place...
  11. Again, I would not suggest the KBD, because you'll spend FOREVER finding a world without people in it. Seriously, don't even bother. It's extremely frustrating and not at all worth it. Plus, at your ranged level, you'd be REALLY easy to crash. Somebody with 95 ranged would steal your kills without breaking a sweat.
  12. The visage drop rate is low enough that it's absurd to set off on a quest JUST to get a visage. In all likelyhood, you'll kill dragons for several months straight without a visage. That said, if I were you I would range black dragons and bank the hides and bones, which should make you plenty of cash even if you never see a visage, or range iron and steel dragons if you want to live off of luck a little bit more. You'd probably see enough dragon legs to keep yourself afloat. I would suggest soloing the KBD, but that place is always full on every world nowadays -.-
  13. Ardougne market.
  14. You're going to be better off stealing cakes at this level I believe. Move on to pickpocketing guards when you can.
  15. I bet that with a little luck and the right equipment, you could kill almost all quest bosses.
  16. Here's what I do. Verac's helm Glory Trimmed skill cape Karil's top Verac's skirt Saradomin Godsword (Arma or Bandos would probably work better here.) Rune boots Barrow gloves Ring of Life Your inventory is one super set, two prayer potions, a hammer, a house teleport tablet, and sharks. Your war tortoise has 18 sharks. Get KC on the hobgoblins. They're outside of the hammer door, but spatially directly south of the boss chamber. You will only be attacked by hobgoblins there, so no need to worry about any god items. Turn off auto retaliate. Run to the boss chamber, potting on the way. Have Protect from melee, piety, and protect items on. Enter and attack Graardor. When you need to eat, run under him to make him dance. This cuts down on the damage you take significantly, and makes it really unlikely to be KOed. If you're using SGS, heal on the minions when the boss is dead. Re-pot after every boss kill. I've had three kills in one trip with this set up (though I did get incredibly lucky and kill the first one in two sharks).
  17. Fish are pretty good lately. I'm pretty sure specialty woods suck.
  18. You'll spend more time getting that god-forsaken lumberjack top than you'll shave off woodcutting to 99 by wearing the set. Seriously. This coming from an owner of the full lumberjack set lol.
  19. You only learn how to make the helmet, which involves combining your own mask with other things.
  20. WHAT? I've done every task I had (90 slayer), plus thousands off task, and never got ONE. My results seem to agree with everyone I talk to besides you.
  21. Do a barrel roll and then an hero. No, but seriously, the most important thing is setting up your bank to have 2 of everything you need in ftp, and train agility as high as you can get it. Everything else is possible to do while ftp, but agility is something that will help that you won't be able to work on there.
  22. I killed thousands when they came out before breaking down and buying one. It's simply not worth it unless you're there for a slayer task anyway, buy the mask and save yourself a ton of time.
  23. If you manage the simple task of keeping your prayer on, there's no risk. Keep it above 40 and you have almost no chance of dying even if your Internet just dies. If you still won't take a fury, then take a stole. It's not that it's arguably better, it just IS better. You waste way too much prayer potion (as I'm sure you noticed, judging by your first post) without it, which means more trips and more money on prayer pots.
  24. That's actually not Lletya, that's Arandar. Lletya is specifically that little elf resistance town with the flax and the dye store.
  25. I won't say it sin't high enough, but it REALLY isn't high enough. I can't advocate going and dragging a team down with only 80 ranged, you'll basically be wasting bolts. Most teams want 90+, several want 95+, with good reason.
