  1. You were never able to talk while using them. When scrying, you are teleported to the desired place and turned invisible. Therefore, it is not possible to see what is written in the PoH or take part in a conversation.
  2. Yup, gold mining is a good idea. Summary: Wear brown apron, air tiara, water staff, explorer ring. Rune pick in inventory. Inventory filled with rune ess. Tele to cabbage field, walk to air altar, craft, exit. Walk to Crafting guild, mine inventory of gold, tele to Falador, bank, repeat.
  3. Do not, i repeat: do NOT use a granite plate. It makes you look like a complete noob (especially in combination with d skirt, d med and obsidian cape/shield), it's heavy and expensive. Stick to rune or rockshell until you can wear Guthan's plate. Or, if you prefer that, get a fighter torso. And a D Scim is by far better than a D Long. It's a bit weaker, but a lot stronger, which makes up for the lack of strength.
  4. Yup, it's from the legends quest.
  5. Fairy Rings ;) Or eagles. Whatever you prefer.
  6. Obsidian Staff... Not sure 'bout the exact name though.
  7. So, listen, dear children! *storytelling grandpa face* Unce upon a time, back when rsc was played instead of your modern honk-a-donk Runescape HD, you had to sleep once in a while when you were doing tireful work (like woodcutting, mining or fishing o.O). To do that, you would have needed to find a bed or bring a sleeping bag with you to sleep in. If you happened to be on Karamja without a sleeping bag, you were in dire straits, as there were no beds yet invented on that continent. Except for the Paramaya Inn in Shilo, which was the only opportunity to get a bit of sleep on the island of jogres, jungle and snakes :)

Well, scale the window with the video down and do the same with the rs window and place both in opposite corners of your screen? Works well with me :) Worth a try. EDIT: It is not forbidden to use mouse keys as long as you press them yourself.
  9. Hm... I wanted to try that to, but I was afraid of the costs of p pots... But I didn't think of the p ess drops, you have a point there.
  10. Yup, they're tough. If you're not using prayer, I suggest not to bring a cannon, it makes them attack you. Just take them out one by one. Make sure you have a lot of food for you cannot use Guthan's down there. Take high mage def armour (D'Hide/Kharil's) and you should be fine.
  11. So why did you post? @baker: I suggest you look into your quest log. It's possible (and likely) that you have forgotten to do something particular before talking to the oracle.
  12. Yes, duh.
  13. I was about Level 60. While trying to climb across that gap, I experienced how my carpet tastes. And how hard my wall is. Gosh, it made me want to blow Jagex HQ up >_<
  14. The Evil Chicken Lair is quite useful for that. It's accessible after you have completed the Sir Amik Varze subquest of RFD.
  15. I like the Baxtorian Falls and the enchanted Valley. They sure are going to rock with the new graphics :D
  16. It's an object with a button and a display. When you press the button, 1 is added to the displayed number. Useful for... Well, counting things. For example: "Ooooh! I have to kill 72 moss giants! But how am I supposed to know how many I have already killed?" Well, and then he finds out that wonderful things like a handcounter exist, and he gets one, and everytime he finishes a moss giant, he presses the button. That's it :P A piece of paper and a pen can do the same tbh... But dude! A handcounter's got a button that you CAN PRESS! I mean - press! Woah! :D
  17. Edgeville. Edgeville has always been a capitol of the German community, especially before the German version was released. If you stood in the Edge bank on world 77, you'd sometimes see more Germans than English-speaking people :P Anyway, it is still one of my favourite places to be - nearly all my friends hang around there regulary. Also, it has a convenient furnace, is one of the closest banks to a telespot, has a fairy ring next to the bank and... um... It rocks.
  18. Name: Bro Azrael Country: Germany I'm, like, the second German posting here :P
