I would say, fally tele tab is closest to a bank. Lletya is quite close, too.

Proselyte gives better def bonuses (similar to addy, I guess) and a slightly higher prayer bonus.

It's rather easy really. You get your sand from Bert and your seaweed from Arhein, which both costs a mere nothing. You make the ressources into glass (preferably with lunar magic, it rocks ;) ) and then into glass orbs. After that, you take some cosmics with you along with your unpowered orbs, an elemental staff (whatever staff you'd like to make) and a terrorbird, should you have one. Then go to the corresponding obelisk and enchant your orbs, tele to the bank, stick them on top of your staves and alch away :) There's a nice guide on Sal's realm. You could also try making battlestaves, they give decent xp along with a tad bit of profit. It's only a few k xp per day unless you buy additional ones from the GE (which isn't too bad, either ;) ), but it's easy, fun and gives money. Shiny coins :D For the smithing, you could also try making the highest mith items possible (preferably 2hs or plates) at the blast furnace and alch them afterwards. It'll also gain you some money, although it's not really much. But better than paying. :)

Food can't be lent, that includes (of course) easter eggs and pumpkins as well als half jugs of wine.

Use whip for attack and def and a sara sword or d scimmy for str - that's it ;) I haven't used a sara sword ever, so I don't know exactly how useful it is. But everything is better than a godsword for training ;)

It's besser to use an enchanted water tiara instead of waterskins.

It lowers the opponent's def by the amount of damage inflicted. Ish.

You definitely need them as talismans.

Yup, you make some money while smithing mith plates. I did it too, worked pretty fine. If you can't make plates yet, stick to 2h swords or legs.

They give an rc bonus while playing the minigame. It's +3 for Top and Bottom and +2 for the gloves.

Thats because a lot of people are buying tallies because they need them for the omni tally, einstein ;) I had to wait 1 hour before I got an earth tally.

I made about 3k mith bars there and got about 3 - 5k str xp during that time. Don't remember the exact number, but it comes pretty close.

I think you can reclaim it from that silver merchant on the Ardougne market.
