knowing ur current mage + theiving lvl are helpful, u would want atleast lvl 70 magic for ice burst, cause thats the best spell for cws (besides ice barrage), a good place to train theiving is the wall safes in the rouges den, and a good way to train magic is law running or craft laws and use camelot teleport... over... and over... and overr.... lol

actually as soon as u get a 2nd 99 skill it becomes trimmed, u dont need 2 capes for it to be trimmed
