Pianofreak: Those are all wonderful examples, but is it really the medias fault? Or is it the dumbsh*t parents who dont know how to raise their kids? Thats wonderful if the dad talks to his daughter about how she shouldnt use foul language. Just because someone sees it or hears, doesnt mean they will copy it. If they are raised half way decent then i am sure the parent has taught them not to do dumb stuff. So it is the parents fault, not the media. As people stated before: This is the exact definition of irony. Know what else is ironic? He is trying to protect her from "public schools" That is ironic because you cant stay hidden from the general public of the people forever. If they don't agree with the school board that much, then they can go to a private school. If the school board thinks that the child should read the book to get the themes, then the child should. This time its artistic, if you want to call it that. Working on my concentration of "3 piece sets" aka garage bands This is where lights were off completely and i used a laser pointer while holding the camera shutter open and made it cool looking. I had a better one but my negative was burned This picture is formed from two seperate negatives taped together to allow them to burn onto one piece of paper. It was supposed to be abstract. One is of me holding my guitar swinging it, and hte other is a drum stick, but it is hard to see. Yup, abstract. This was taken using a shoe box. Camera Obscura. I had to sit still for 10 minutes so give me some credit. :wall: 100% done in dark room. No digital alterations have been applied. Ill post more when i get some done!!! Hurrah. This one is made from a picture i uploaded to photoshop. Text is lame but the actual picture part is cool EDIT: Might i add the secon one was taken with timer incase you were wondering. and Made pictures smaller. Edit 2: Changed pinhole picture, added digital.

The red looks like a canadian flag..... Yeah and the text is boring.

I have been thinking recently about how unhappy I am in my day to day routines. Getting up. Going to school. Going to the gym. Coming home to do homework. Sleep. Repeat, with insignificant changes varying from day to day. I am a senior in highschool and up until now I thought I had decided where my life was going. I am doing decent in highschool, 3.6 average with a 29 on my act and lots of AP courses. I go to some racist white small town highschool where people are highly conservative. Now I am just trying to set the mood. Anyways, I am thinking of Attending the University of Michigan or Michigan State. I thought i had my career picked out and everything, and now I am totally unsure. I feel like my life needs complete revamping. Aka reset on all my ambitions in life. I know it is late for me to be deciding i have no clue of what to do with my life, but it seems that is the way it is. Recently i have been plauged with constant migranes and sleep deprivation, which i cannot attribute to a source. I feel i need a change in my life. I need direction in my life and do not know exactly where to turn. What better place than tip it forums :roll: . The counsuling at my school would be better operated by a series of action figures with no legs. So basically, what i am saying is, I have no idea what I am saying. I am happy wasting your valuable time reading this and even happier if you leave a respone (Y). I know we are all supposed to do what we really enjoy in life, but at most times when i think about that, it seems like a load of garbage. I am not expecting anything from this other than to improve my typing skills. I mean there has to be something more to life than being really really really I mean ridiculously good looking. (Zoolander is a great movie).

Well the assignment was to include our feet in the picture. I went the alternate route and made them out of focus rather than in focus like most would think. Anyways yes, its my cat.

Took original picture on my 35mm. Developed oldschool through chemicals and darkroom. Scanned it and did some contrast changes. Rate & Hate. Edit: Forgot to include image tag and url! That kinda helps a little bit. :-k Edit numero dos: Might as well include the original.

Well for my third year of photography we have been assigned to work throughout the year on a concentration based upon one subject. Mine i chose is music. Now I have been thinking of ideas and subject matter for the individual photos, but I want to hear some other creative ideas. More than one source is always useful. I am trying to find things that represent a beat or rythm but i am having a hard time picturing that. Suggestions?

I decided to try it since, well why not? I talked to some trainer at the gym i go to and he said it was the most effective and so forth. I do take about 1/8 the suggested servings so im not really worried. But one negative side effect is that you lose some of the muscle gain when you stop taking it. thats what ive concluded from what ive read
