You ever been to either city? You seem to be using the most overused and typical stereotype there is. Again, doesn't seem like you've been to at least NYC. There's celebrities all over both cities, just because one is closer to Hollywood doesn't mean that you automatically see more in LA. Personally I choose NYC because I already live very close to it. I've been to both cities actually. Twice.

Did you actually sell one or know anyone who sold for that price? They never reached 1bil. Yes there have been a ton of people "trying to sell with autowins 1bil", but that doesn't mean the price ever reached 1bil... They never came much above 800mil, if they even reached that. Wait a minute, you told someone to stop selling mills for real life cash? How did you get banned then? Crackers have been sold for 1B before also.
