You don't need an axe, I believe you can go in without it. Not sure. But you're not going to get far. There are no monsters before the first vines, so if you forget an axe, there's no point in being there.

For anyone with 90 defence: Train with void. Bring Enhanced Excalibur and about 5 monkfish. Excalibur will cover all the damage done easily and the food is only needed for dealing with revenants on the way there. This might not be the fastest xp out there, but it's very easy afk training.

825k was the number he was always throwing out, though knowing him, I wouldn't be surprised if 1 million slipped out every now and then. Apparently, if you want to be a jackass and steal kills, profit goes up quite a bit.

Good to know that I'm not the only one who's realized this. Also, the tassets (and possibly chestplate based on magic level) are good for soloing Bandos (not sure about if they're the best, but I'm not sure what would be better)
