Hematology and the Fear of Needles
Yes, but that's why I find it funny- I only started really lifting this past year (you don't do it much with soccer, and it's all core muscles anyways), and I can only bench 120+/-. I mean, I've got a six pack, but my arms are patheticly small, which is why I find it odd that I've got veins on them. So, I don't really have much muscle pushing them  . Then again, I practice handstands a ton, holding them for up to two-three minutes. That'd explain the forearms, and I don't think I had veins on my upper arms before, so I guess the lifting explains those. Still though, 120  . meol, I could try that, but that experiment seems a little tough to pull off- too many uncontrollable variables.

My issues with Athiests.
True, though I make the division when I look at the basic statements of each. Basically, between 1) I lack belief in a god and 2) I don't know, you don't know, and neither of us ever will I prefer the second choice. Hate referencing the accursed, abominable SAT's, but it's like those questions that have two right answers, and you have to pick the one that's more right. That's what I'm doing- both descriptions describe my point of view, but strong agnosticism does it better :P .

My issues with Christianity.
Scroll up. Go back to previous pages. Find out what the word theory means. Or this. Which I already knew. But yeah thanks. Done yet? Eels, as has been stated on this forum more times than one can count, there is a difference between the scientific definition of a theory and the general one. Dictionary.com isn't going to help you here. As for your post, I guess I'll reference this link for the 100th time: Evolution is a Fact and a Theory

My issues with Athiests.
As a strong Agnostic speaking, yes, that's the point of view we hold. The credo I stand by is thus: I don't know, and neither do you. I'm open-minded to both sides of the debate, but as the strongest kind of Agnostic I find no purpose in examining the supernatural, at least beyond the extent of daydreaming and randomly pondering about the subject. Yeah that is what agnostics really believe in. I think what he was saying was that in a perfect world everyone would be agnostic. But that would be boring :P . And for that matter, I find that weak atheism is just as good as agnosticism, I just hold a higher preference for the latter.

Hematology and the Fear of Needles
I was lifting thirty minutes prior to those pictures, and though my veins do pop out more during and after a workout, they've popped out more than that on random days where I havn't done anything at all. It's like meol said- it's random.

My issues with Athiests.
It's "agnostic", as in "away from gnostic" :P .

Brains..Or Beauty?
Intelligience. So much of beauty is just about how you treat your body.

Hematology and the Fear of Needles
[/hide] And how do we achieve that? My arm veins are only visible sometimes, it changes randomly to be honest. :XD: Cardio and staying thin I guess. I remember hearing that the veins and arteries rise closer to the skin to be closer to oxygen or something :-k . One of the biologists/trainers can probably explain it better/my arms have been like that for a while, so I'm not totally sure of everything one needs to do :-$ . Everyone's arm veins/arteries vary in how easily they can be seen each day. Some days all I can see is a blue line under the skin. Others my veins have their own shadows. It's random for me too- it's just how it is :-k . Dehydration causes your veins to be like that. Mine are often like that when I travel, play sports, or whenever I don't have a lot of water readily available (or just get busy and choose not to drink). That may have something to do with it, but I don't recall my veins being any more pronounced when dehydrated >_<.

My issues with Christianity.
Dude, there are way better reasons to hate Christianity.

Evolution in public schools
No. I already eated it. It was chocolate chip. Very yummy.

Evolution in public schools
It's posts like these that make me wonder about the environment a child is growing up in :-s . You do know that according to your religion there's nothing wrong with blind faith, right? M'kay, apparently you don't like science. Let's try math: Science =/= Religion. Okey dokey?
-
Evolution in public schools
English needs a new word for a scientific theory, or a new word for the plain usage of theory. The only reason that this ever became an argument was 'cause of the frikkin' ambiguity of the word.

Evolution in public schools
Mind telling me all this large supporting evidence for religion? Even big religious buffs will tell you that it is based off of faith. The Book of Genesis? I will now commence to quote Satenza: THAT'S CIRCULAR LOGIC.

Evolution in public schools
Dear God. Is Evolution "Just a Theory?"

Evolution in public schools
Well, this is Tip.it, and this is religious/science topic. Everyone in the OT continually mentions how much they hate these threads, how much they proliferate endlessly and repetitively, how useless they are, but when it comes to posts-per-minute, this type of thread always grows the fastest :-w . And this is why... *sigh*. Coming right up. Watch this space. What are you going to put here? Evolution definitely isn't a fact. There's some evidence supporting the theory, but a fact is something else. Evolution isn't that convincing imo. (nor is creatism for that matter). Evolution is a Fact and Theory Ya, and they were proven wrong :-s .

Evolution in public schools
It doesn't really. People who either don't believe in Creationism or strong believers in Creationism (who think "If you aren't Christian, go to hell) believe that the two contradict each other. They're not mutually exclusive events. (I've been waiting to use that one since I learned it in Algebra last year) I'll take that cookie though... But you already agreed with me in the first place :P . My request is directed towards the OP, as he appears so adamant about creationism and evolution not being compatable. EDIT: If you don't think they contradict each other, then why are you demanding that a philosophical and religious standpoint be taught in science class :-s ?
-
Evolution in public schools
Explain to me how Creationism has to contradict the fact and theory of evolution, and I will give you a cookie.

Same for me. I remember being freaked out about how bright it was outside after midnight o_O.

Hematology and the Fear of Needles
Get veins/arteries like these: That way, not only are you already used to seeing your veins, but there's pretty much no penetration at all :-w :P .

My Car stereo stopped working, can anyone help? purdy plz!!!
Don't mean to get picky here, but post count means nothing. Ya Jaz :| . Don't mean to turn on you after backing me up, but the validity of one's post is not based on their post count. Though most high post count people are fairly intelligient (thus leading to post count not completely meaning "nothing"), far too many of them are completely idiots with no ability to type whatsoever >_>. And people with high post count couldn't be always right; how could two high post counters debate if it was physically impossible for either to be wrong :P ? Nonetheless, Jaz did clarify my point- I'm not referring to this thread alone, but Tip.it in general. Personally, seems like we've been getting a lot of "pl0x help me threads!" lately. Threads with no discussion value whatsoever, just trying to aid the OP in some way. Oi.

Harsh scool?
Still sounds like you're only telling the half of the story that gets you sympathy. Or, at least attempts to.
