It is not. After a few rounds it seems to be very consistent, and by now it is the only way to craft blood and soul runes :) (Yes even at my low Runecrafting level I get them quite a lot.) You want me to kill someone don't you?
-
I have one thinkg, and one thing only to tell JaGeX; "{Cabbage} You, thank you for making the countless hours I spent RCing about 2/3 slower."
-
I think I speak for all RCer's to be at 99 when I say "{cabbage} YOU JaGeX!" This makes my tireless hours of Rcing seem like a waste. True the random runes thing can be annoying, but 25k an hour? Without S Energies? HOLY {cabbage} this makes me so angry. I will go over to JaGeX HQ and punch the person who came up with this. Compare that to 18k an hour WITH S energies. Yeah, that adds up, A LOT!

Hey I'll try that. I'll vid it for you just to prove you wrong  Curses! He let my secret out! OK, I admit, that's how I made the money for my party hats and other rares.
-
Go P2P, it's far better, and you support JaGeX.
-
Well, F2P is just a taste of the game, not the full. P2P is ment to be far better and to have far more updates. I think that RuneScape is doing very well, and I look forward to playing it more in my future.

I very much doubt they will make a creature that is hard to kill, even with a team, a slayer task. -
Me, I really don't care if I can hit a 40 something with whip. I would rather consistantly hit 25's or 30's and not be hit often. I'm going for 99/85/99 Comb stats. When I do train combat that is. Not soon.

I used Karils X-Bow with 2.6k bolts. Use black d'hide, it has better def than karils. Maybe less range pots, for restores.
-
*Points to Sig* The love of RuneCrafting drove me to 99. Also getting immense respect from people helps too.
-
Both FTW? I think I have that skill nailed.

Nature Alter, It embodies peace. It's nature at it's purest form, in runes. :D Oh, and I only spent about 1.5 years of my life going there.

Please edit his name out, I don't want to have people banned. Also, I feel this is depressing. It's sad to see how bad some people have it, I live a perfect life in comparison. -
Manners, is there such a thing within this game?
cotamatias replied to DarkDude's topic in General Discussion
Yeah, so don't whine about it one day, when someone doesnt kick the ball out. And I know very well where karma comes from. I was calling her a hippie. Glad you know where it comes from, that statement had me confused. You just lost some Karma, calling someone a hippie as an insult. Oh and who said being a hippie is bad? Why would I whine if the ball isn't kicked out? It will, I play Football quite often. If one person won't kick it out, his team will. -

This is turning into an insult fest. No need to bring up things that have nothing to do with the topic on hand. Oh, and karma is from Buddhisim, not hippies. I was not saying fair play in football, kicking the ball out is not fair play, it's being kind. There is no rule stating you must kick the ball out. -

The football story was rather self explained. I said; Football is a game, so is RS, just because football has physical interactions does not take that away. In football, if someone is injured, the other players are not Jerks, they give that person time to get help. So in RS, should people have decency. Over sensitive? Yeah, right. Im quite harsh in a lot of things. This is not sesetivity, this is maturity, and manners. -

In my six years of playing I do not recall once where I have taken other people's monsters, I always change if other people are at a certain monster. To FooK-A-Ji: Why shouldn't the rules of the "real world" apply to an online video game? Afterall, the fact that the game is played with other real people suggests that it should be. I'll use an example from a topic a couple of weeks back. If you were playing basketball in real life on a public area, but there was another free court right next to you and a bunch of people came along and started playing your court wouldn't you be annoyed? The same thing can be applied to this situation, just replace court with spiritual mages. I'm at the mages killing them, then someone comes along where there's a bunch more mages in the dungeon and loads of other worlds free but they still choose to stick around. What's the diffrence between the two examples? There isn't any difference, in both examples you're trying to enjoy something and someone else is coming along and ruining the experience when they can see that there's plenty of opportunity to be able to do what they're doing elsewhere without disrupting someone else? Fine, if all other mages were taken on the server, but they were not. I don't mind sharing as long as it's reasonable to do so. And on your cartoon comment, you act like cartoons can't be enjoyed by more mature people, you sound like one of those people that says video games are for kids when they clearly aren't, they're to be enjoyed by all ages. And for your information, I'm 18 and I often get mistaken for being quite a bit older than I actualy am. I have no idea where you got the I'm immature thing from. Yeah, I guess complaining about other people not behaving like people should behave is immature now... If you're so grown-up, you should know to be the bigger man, and step down, meaning you should switch servers. And where I got the immature thing from? Well, you're still here whining , aren't you`? You're complaining about the way YOU THINK people should behave, not how they SHOULD. Theres a big difference, now step outside of your own little head for a change, and realize that most people play this game for their own personal enjoyment, meaning they couldn't care less about you're feelings, or anybody elses, if it doesnt have a direct influence on their enjoyment. If you don't like that, than theres really nothing you can do, except find a game where the rules about manners are as strict as nazi-germany anno 1939-45. "ooh he said nazi" :o I think I speak for a lot of people when I say: What the hell were you thinking when you wrote that? I mean, it's a game. Football (soccer for Americans) is a game, yet when a person is down injured they kick the ball out. They realize someone is down, hurt, so they do the mature thing. In all technacalities they dont have to. They could take it from the injured player as hes on the ground in pain and score. But they don't, they are human. -

Never has a cartoon image rang so true. You are a stubborn and arrogant person. You think only of yourself. Why should the person have gone outof his way to attack the mages that the person who was there first was fighting? That's a jerk thing to do. I think darkdude is right, there is not respect any more in RS. -

No, I have not. Yes, there are such things as manners. I remember being taught them in pre-school and from my mother. I'm not sure whether you learned manners, but I sure as hell did. Yes, rude people will always be around, but this does NOT exempt them. -

cotamatias replied to DarkDude's topic in General Discussion
Reading through these latter posts makes me sad. There was a time in RS and RL when people did care about others. When people would go out of their way to help people. Not only did that person refrain from helping, they actively tried to be a jerk. Don't you people understand? It's a game, yes? Well guess who controls those other pixles you're being a {cabbage} to? That's right, a real, live, breathing person. There is never a good reason to go out of your way to be a {cabbage} to someone. I feel that the person who is there first hasdibbs, but that means they also should be generous. The person who is there first should split the monsters. In this situation, the 110 and 126 went out of their ways to hurt someone else. I prefer people to be a little....oh....whats the word? Oh yea, HUMAN! That's what seperates us from the creatures of the wild. In the wild it's "If you're smaller than me, you're food, if you're large, im gonna kiss up to you." Humans are supposed to be in a society where we all agreee to be decent to each other. That's another thing that disgusts me, grammar. People in RS are always using this so called "Leet speak." It makes them sound like they are 7 and have not gone through any schooling at all. What ever happened to the comma? Or to typing out the whole word? Z0mg Pl0x fr33 st077. :XD: :ohnoes: -

You're a RC pker, no one cares about you or your feelings. Dear God I love it. Im going to check if I have room in my siggy for that. EDIT: I do have room for the qoute. -

I don't remember who said this qoute but here: "Anonymity brings out the worst in people." People tend to be jerks when they think that other people dont know who they really are. Many times while I was RCing and was pked, the pker would stay and entagle me to prevent me from getting pouches. People can be plain jerks. Just don't let it get to you, overall, being a chill person pays off. -

You didn't like my contribution? I gave you 2 in my last post. The people who are getting on your back for multi posting/double posting are trying to make the forums a better place. Did you know: that it's possible to get 2 large pouch drops? I found this out while getting pouches back. I killed 1 as poison killed another. I tried picking up the second one "Why would you want another? You already have one." :wall: #-o -

And where did you get that information? I highly doubt that each year Jagex employees sit around a table and Andrew says something like 'Ok guys, this year we will release 10 graphics updates, 4 new minigames and a new skill' or something similiar. I personally also doubt we're going to see any new skills over the next year and a half and I doubt Jagex is working on one right now. They wrote it somewhere, not sure where though. And tintin, you are the most hyper active poster ever, double posting, posting every other, listen, people go by when you joined, not your post count. I haven't done that in recent pages I think you'll notice. Also, this was my first ever thread and so I didn't really know how to behave. I have learnt now, not to post so often, but occasionally I have to post to keep the thread going. Also, I don't think that I've ever double posted :-k Here's a really good "Did you know." Did you know that you posted over 75 times on this thread so far tin? And here's another: Did you know you lied? The "never double posted." Check page two. I win.
