And where did you get that information? I highly doubt that each year Jagex employees sit around a table and Andrew says something like 'Ok guys, this year we will release 10 graphics updates, 4 new minigames and a new skill' or something similiar. I personally also doubt we're going to see any new skills over the next year and a half and I doubt Jagex is working on one right now. They wrote it somewhere, not sure where though. I train with any arrow above bronze -.- . As for arrow stealing, I find it pathetic, If you can't afford the arrows to train range, then in my opinion, you don't deserve to. It is one of the cheapest stats to train.

So im casually fletching in seers in my gear(Green P Hat, D chain, D legs, D boots, D-Fire Shield, and RC cape. My friend and her friend come to see the RC cape Emote, so I walk out of bank so they can see. After about 2 times, a noob walks up and... Noob: You stupid no lifer. Me: .... Noob: Yur probably a fat nerd with no life. Me: Yeah, I am, you caught me. I only run 5 miles a day and work out every other day.
