It's not utterly random, yes, you will get more when you starting alching or another repetitive action.

I honestly suprised that so many people play on max bright. I can't take it that bright, mine is always on darkest, unless im on a dark computer. Likewise :) I third that \ .

All of you people saying "Oh, it's going to be random runes, at level X..." Let me get this straight, as a person with 99 RC the idea of getting random runes is CRAP! Anything like that will benefiet lower levels. I just hope it's not making RS easier than it is...Back when I started, there was no abyss even. I WP A lot. One time a friend was offering to give me the money I needed for 99 RC cape. I Pmed back something I dont remember, but out of context, sounded a little dirty. Of course, to the wrong person. Then after a little I pmed the same WP another statement, that, once again, out of context sounded slightly more than G rated. Of course I explained it all to the WP. We had a good laugh after.

that i understand I don't gauge a person by their combat level, especially now with skill capes. I admire someone with, say, a 99 rc cape :-w , to a person with 3-125 combat.

I would say cooking is the most simple skill to get 99. Hardest, RC :-w
