I've ranged a Saradomin Wizard through a window before =) Got a clue for Glough's Boat Dock, dug by the window, quick ran around, threw the prayer on and ranged it from inside.

K, when my computer gets fixed (can't get it to boot for some reason, and I pretty sure it's OS related), I'll take a look at that.

I doubt that anyone of them going fishing is going to have much of an impact on the cooking high scores :wink: Well if it's as someone said above, where it's a masked-XP cap, then having them not fish might prove it. That or if N0valyfe hits #1 in the skill, then that would definately prove it.

THIS JUST IN! COOKING HIGH SCORES HAVE CHANGED! 1) Eve340 2) N0valyfe 3) Uloveme 4) Matt258 5) Zezima 6) David B 23 7) Deenginger That proves that the capped scores are not set-in-stone (if you know what that reference means), but that they actually can change. Perhaps if we can get these 6 players together (N0valyfe is retired, remember), then we can possibly ask them not to do any fishing and we check the results the next day.

Ok, new problem now. I shutdown my computer cause I wasn't gonna use it for a while. Now I'm having to use my mother's laptop because the system won't boot. It gets to the screen in Windows where you'd choose your log-in name, however it doesn't even display those names (I'm the only user of the computer). It just displays the Windows Logo on the blue screen, and stops. I've located my Windows XP installer disc and me and my mother are gonna have a field day with it later. If anyone has any tips for me, please tell. Either way, I know this computer is virus free so I'll be safe to play runescape here.

Ok, here's what happened. About 15 minutes ago, if some of you were on General P2P, there was a thread opened where someone said that Uloveme was selling a ton of rares on the official forums, and posted false links to the forums. They weren't anywhere near long enough, but I had a mind lapse and clicked one. McAfee SiteAdvisor (a security add-on to Firefox) caught it because the site "made unauthorized changes to the PC." I engaged my internet lock (ZoneAlarm), actually disconnected the internet cord from my computer, and ran a virus scan using Ewido. I then ran a system restore after it caught stuff, and I'm running the scan again. I did not enter my password on the fake site, although it did make itself look like the Runescape Forum login page. I have not logged into Runescape since, but the site aparantly deleted the Cookie to tip.it that held my auto-log in information for these forums. My passwords are not the same, so I've reset that. Any other suggestions you can give, either in the line of additional virus scanners, or additional steps to prevent this from happening again? *Note: Don't say "don't click on links you don't know about, I know it was stupid, and I caught myself quickly. *Note2: The system restore I did was a System Checkpoint way back from Nov. 1, so I don't think that it'll restore back into the virus, if there is one.

Dying in your house will make you spawn outside without losing items. Dying in your combat ring will have you spawn outside said ring, and I just stay in it as a precaution... If I really need it, I can have my butler start running things back to my bank, or... Depending on what outfit I'm wearing, I can just chuck the stuff into the costume room.

The exact reason why I keep an "Oh S***" Teleport in my inventory. My teleport of choice is a House Teleport Tablet. If I get too terribly low, I click the teleport, then run to my Combat Ring and wait for the poison to take me out. I simply spawn outside and head on my way.

10 Hours for 100 Teletablets? I just made 200 in 15 minutes, if that...

I tested this a moment ago with Flames of Zamorak, which probably should be added by these spells. The effects of these staves are cumulative. I tested it against someone, and it randomly dropped their level. Low drop was 2, but in 5 casts (with 1 splash), I managed to get their Magic level down from 64 to 32 (he was wearing metal armor). Don't know if it's cumulative with other spells, but I'd have to assume so.

So what should I stock up on for this so I can get rich quick?

Before, when Rune Essence was Rune Essence, and Pure Essence didn't exist, the price of regular Essence was low enough that Rune Crafters were able to get essence without losing a large chunk of money. Now, the price of their essence has gone up 4-5 times, and for the amount of runes they need to make, it becomes very unprofitable if they have to give back Essence as well.

I'm not gonna train the skill for a while after it comes out... I'll wait for prices to go down and I'll just train elsewhere so I have plenty of money to afford the lowered prices.

Doing a /hunting, /hunter, or /hunt to an old icon doesn't work, I've already tried it. I've also tried going through knowledge base articals starting with 700 and going all the way to 1000, nothing (750-850 is the approximate range of the skill guides). As to where else to find it, I wouldn't know...

When the Hunting Skill comes out, that'll make very other training place next to empty due to the big first day rush. I'll probably end up going to the Mining Guild and find it completely empty...
