If you remember an old Tip.It Times about Jagex banning and not-banning based on the time their account's been active, the artical was a tad biased that older accounts were less likely to be banned, and Andrew openly posted on these forum a threat of charging the author with libel. Congrats on getting your account back, Jagex really needs to work on their banning system. Maybe they need to make it COMPLETELY MANUAL, rather than automated.

Nats don't pop above 300 at 0-stock, nor do laws (although laws have dropped in price). If you can find a bunch of high-stock nat stores, then you can probably make a good amount. at around 100-150 stock, they're at about 250ea, going up to 299ea at 1 left, so you can make quite a bit if you're lucky.

By far the hardest skill would probably be Archery, since idealistically you can only use Iron arrows (maybe bronze). Probably Runecrafting would be next, even with body runes, although Air Runes would get you a nice profit if you're lucky. Either way, after cooking, I'd say do Woodcutting (you get oaks every chop [or sound effect] rather quickly, I'm lv78 wc) with oaks and stick with it for awhile. Once to get to a really high level, you can probably do the same with Willows, which would be much faster. Keep all those logs and burn them and you'll get 99 firemaking a lot faster than too.

So this would make me assume that if you aren't in the Wilderness, you shouldn't be able to cast it. However, if you're in a multi-combat area, wilderness or not, you might be able to cast it... However, I don't know why it would work outside. I can understand Vengence and aid spells outside the Wilderness for things like Pest Control (DBA + DDSx4 ftw).

Lets put it this way... Each Offense skill has it's weaknesses. To balance these strengths, more "brute" force is added. Meleers have to be face to face (except halberds, but that's not much of a difference). In turn, they can hit very high in rapid succession. Rangers can be at a varying distance, and as such they need to be weakened to give the others a chance. The potential for so much damage against a meleer requires a slightly weaker offense for the ranger, to counter-balance the area, even though Rangers are already inherantly weak against meleers. Magers can be at varying distances too, but they have many assist spells. These spells are also reletively weak (note that Fire Wave barely hits 20), and no special attack is attached to them. So while it may be true that Rangers only get one Special Attack, it was done in the best interest to balance the Combat Triangle. Besides, a double 13 is still plenty to get a nice jump on a Mage.

As of 3:30pm EST, 99,734 can build the Costume Room. Quite a large number. And besides, Jagex made Construction as a money drain; the more they update it, the bigger a money drain they can make. And they have to make people work for the skill to make it effective. With just under 100,000 people able to make it, and probably at least 300,000 people who will want to make it, that means 200,000 people have to gain 1-41 levels, and those aren't exactly cheap, even if they are low levels.

If you really wanted to move a santa hat over there, get about 1000gp onto that account, find a very empty general store... and sell and re-buy... Although this probably falls under trading to yourself...
