yeah. i dont have any 99 and left some quests and i was expecting this like crazy. They are quite neat and another incentive to make quests.

 

 

 

And the room just owns, you cant deny. It will save me around 2 rows of bank i guess

Ah, yes, high levels should not be given updates. Oh, and every update should be suitable to you, right?

 

 

 

Grow up.

1) October isn't over yet.

 

2) High levels deserve some updates according to their abilities as well.

 

3) Now you can set yourself some lofty goals.

 

4) There's plenty to do even without the updates.

 

5) The new potion is great for both herbloer training and combat and is definitely low level.

I haven't got any 99 skills or all quests complete, but I :3> the update! It's about time the higher levels who play get a reward for all their hard work and effort they have put into a skill/s. It is a massive incentive for other players to get a 99 skill, and TBH the problem atm is more and more higher level players are quitting or switching to WoW simply because they are bored of RS, they have achieved everything they desire, but rewarding them a nifty new cape/emote is certainly a way to keep all those players engaged in RS.

 

 

 

The Costume room is great, it doesn't require 70 cons, and so is unlocked to quite a few people. I think these updates are some of the best Jagex has released for a while. :)

the cons room is Great it saves alto of spaces in bank :D because i got loads on radnom event clothes and quest items the new potion is cool it saves space in inve and gives only 3 less exp than p pots

This update was good, been one of the best in months. I might not have a lvl 99 skill, but at least I benefited from the construction update, I won't be complaining about bank space for a while.

i dont know about you but i'm happy with my discounted obby cape, 99k instead of 250k and the added bonus of not having to deal with money grubbing merchants is a plus in my book

 

 

 

not a fan of the dorky emore the quest cape has but oh well

also very happy with the weapon swappin to a staff thing bein fixed, accidentally spent 2 hours trainin atk instead of str one time because of that

So basically all updates should be to low levels such as yourself and take absolutely no work to get? Don' think so. This is a chance for people who have worked hard and long to be able to show it.

 

 

 

And as for the construction update, i got to 42 construction in a week from scratch, so its not that hard.

so we high lvlers should be doing it with a low quest so you have your fun kinda bad jagex realise now that more that 40% is 100+ and the higher lvl players are expecting some updates for the higher lvlers we also pay for this game and not for some low quests witch i can finish in like 5 minutes killing the strongest beast of the quest lvl 50

for me, its somthing to strive for and work for to get a 99 skill, otherwise i wouldnt bother doing it.

this one of my favorite updates ever so what if only one im close to getting is quest cape which im smithing gold for right now to finish final quest devious minds!!! and i love the costume room a extra few lines of bank space cause of it

I think construction is wonderful. Just because you don't have 42 construction (or so I'm assuming), doesn't mean everybody else don't. There are about 100k people with at least 42 construction, it's not *that* hard to level, nor that expensive until you start approaching the 70s. So you should have no problem building a basic Costume Room.

 

 

 

And I agree with Xpx, I think the update is awesome. We definately needed some form of motivation to actually max out skills. In most cases you can stop before 90 because there is no motivation to go further.

 

 

 

And finally, we can take some items out of our bank, making room for other things.

I like the look and emotes of the new capes, the new potion is good training and the new room is alot of help with bank space.

As of 3:30pm EST, 99,734 can build the Costume Room.

 

 

 

 

 

Quite a large number. And besides, Jagex made Construction as a money drain; the more they update it, the bigger a money drain they can make.

 

 

 

And they have to make people work for the skill to make it effective. With just under 100,000 people able to make it, and probably at least 300,000 people who will want to make it, that means 200,000 people have to gain 1-41 levels, and those aren't exactly cheap, even if they are low levels.
