well thats the thing. It IS popular. Thats why people pay attention to it (negative attention). I read somewhere that it has almost the same paying member count as WoW does. Although if I recall, for the most part you have to pay to play World of Warcraft, Period. There is no free version or trial version (maybe a 30 day one at that), but for Runescape, there's the option to play for no money for AS LONG AS YOU WANT. Given, there's alot more features available to members but there's no warning that says "Buy members or your account will be deleted." Yeah, before you can even create an account on WoW, you have to pay for stuff. So to the comment about "same number of paying members," that's advantage to Runescape because we have millions of free players AS WELL AS our paying members.

Now that is a good idea :) Why hasn't anyone said Agility? I mean, you could run as fast as the speed of light! 8-) I was getting ready to say Agility. Being that I weight almost 270lbs and I'm a Junior in High School, that much speed is a dream for me... =P~ =P~

The "screenshot" sent to jagex is a screenshot of your own box. Also, the report abuse button works if you've engaged in a trade, but you have to reach the second trade screen first. Anyways, it should just send it anyways and jagex looks for whatever trading you've engaged in and checks those for scam attempts..

Another wannabe moderator in here somewhere... the thread was reported for no good reason that I see. Either way, I got 2 Clue Scrolls from Cyclopes in about 15 minutes time (maybe 30 cyclopes), and I don't remember what I got out of them. EDIT: NM, now I get what was up with it...

What I'd probably do once I get a skill cape, is whenever I get asked to do an emote, and I'm walking, if they continue following me, I'll just throw them on my ignore list and keep walking. If I'm standing somewhere doing stuff, like chopping wood, then I might do it once, but that'd be it... I'll have to let you guys know how it turns out once I get 99 fletching (93 now).

I personally would think Oak Logs would be better for you. Just find 2 Oaks near a bank, I personally prefer Seers, and just bank them and power wc them. Otherwise, Draynor Willows would definately be faster. For me at the moment, I'm power Woodcutting/Burning Teaks and Mahoganies in Tai Bwo Wannai. On that note, Teak logs might be good for you, and hold a nice margin for profit while you're at it.

Ok, I'm having issues with this. I managed to get the 100 trading sticks needed to get in, and my favor was at around 17% (didn't think it made a difference). Then when I go to chop, it said I need to help out the citizens or something. So what am I missing? Do I need more favor? Do I have to work with them recently? What?

Runescape is played primarily with your mouse, so the only *gamepad* you could use would be a mouse.

Closest thing is a Paladin, but he's missing the helmet. Hmm, I think your talking about Hero, but anyway. I don't really seed the point of an npc with full dragon. What good would it do? #-o Yes, I was thankyou.

Yes sir Ambassador Spock... But really. There really isn't that much to complain about. A weapon is a weapon, although a graphic update would add for the realism that the Stab attack of a Halberd is that effective.

Nice... It kinda varies with me. I find myself more of a spender, but I have to catch myself and become a saver (which is what I am at the moment). Not sure what I'm saving up for at the moment... probably some guthans, but that's gonna take a while seeing as I only have 2.6m...

They are considered "rival MMORPGs," which is why you got nabbed for it. You can advertise freely about games like on a Playstation or something, they just don't want you talking about games like WOW or Everquest.

For example... Pressing here will take you to RuneHQ. Go ahead... click it. In actuality, it takes you to Google.com, but most people wouldn't know that unless they looked at the Status Bar of their browser, if it was even shown. That just shows how dangerous these links can be. I could've easily linked that to a malicious website if I had wanted, but of course I don't scam or take people's accounts... It just shows the lengths people go to for a few pixels. There's also something else that should be noted about Keyloggers that someone mentioned a long while ago on the Official Runescape Forums. Keyloggers track EVERYTHING you type. That means that if you were on a shared computer, and you got a keylogger on your computer, should a parent go on and pay bills on a Banking site that requires a log-in, then later finds out about the keylogger, that means the person who keylogged you has that person's bank information, and is now illegally in possession of stolen property. This opens up the way for criminal charges to be brought against the person, even if they were trying to get a Runescape Password, not bank information. In short, people who install keyloggers without someone's knowledge ARE BREAKING THE LAW.
