  1. There are more? Would boots of lightness carry over? Boots of Lightness are a Member's Object, so no.
  2. Royal Trouble (or whatever its called)
  3. At which time the game would be called "Woodscape"
  4. Yeah, but speed wise, A Gilded altar is faster. Rather than... 1) Walking the whole way down to the slime and filling 9 Buckets - Ectophial 2) Grind 9 Bones - Ectophial 3) Worship Ectofunctus 4) Receive tokens 5) Go to bank and receive more bones... You can do this... 1) Light Marrentil Burners 2) Worship 27 or so Bones 3) Have butler bring more Bones and Marrentils Lots of time at 4x or little time at 3.5x, most people take the Gilded Altar. If you're looking for efficiency/quantity, you'll stick to the Ectofunctus. If you're looking for efficiency/time, Gilded altars are much faster.
  5. If you're looking for time, your best bet is to the best planks you can use and do Chairs. If you're doing money though, do Oak planks. What I do as well for that is make an empty kitchen and use the Oak Larder (5 Oak Planks) to use the planks the fastest and most efficiently.
  6. This forum is for updates to the main part of the Tip.It site (Quest guides, calculators, ect). There is a seperate board for the posting of Forum-related suggestions. This should've been posted there.
  7. Yeah, I mean it isn't like Jagex is gonna make a quest as easy as "Cook's Assistant" and then say "As a reward for completing this quest, you get access to a special Altar that gives x10 Prayer xp, with a bank 5 squares away." They're gonna make it where you have to work hard to get the advantage. Once you have it, you can abuse it as much as you want.
  8. Yeah, but how much money and time does it take to even get the level for the Guilded Altar? Case in point: Jagex balanced it out by requiring you to spend lots of time and money before you can use the advantage. Even then you still need a constant supply of Marrentil (Herblore) and more money for your butler before you can abuse it to its full potential.
  9. So what happened to the snowballs? Did they melt into buckets of water or something?
  10. If your health is too low, you just simply don't fail. Brimhaven Agility Arena is the only exception, where you will die if you're low on health. I've done this plenty of times up at the Wilderness course. Only threat is that the skeletons up there will kill you, because even a level 22 NPC can do damage with 3s when you have no armor...
  11. I've had plenty of brain "farts" while playing (a sudden lack of knowledge of what you were planning to do) and they tend to get annoying. Like for example I could be heading to the bank to grab stuff to go do hunting. I get there and go "what was I getting stuff for?" 5 minutes later I finally figure it out...
  12. I know what you mean. My best bet is that because the laptop relies on a battery, the capability of that battery to output the amount of electricity that the entire system reduces as it ages, and so would start to slow the system down... I'm 16 and that's just a random theory. As to the actual cause, I couldn't necessarily say...
  13. If you mean the HTML link, there's a thread in General entitled "Legal Alternative to World Switchers" (or something to that effect). Just follow the instructions there and then look a little further down the page and the link will be there.
  14. Unforunately, the purple milk you drank from it was poisoness... I wish someone would corrupt this wish...
  15. Considering that Mystic Robes still give more bonus... I'll take them over Lunar thank you very much...
  16. You need to post this in the huge discussion in General about someone finding a way to do what SS does in a legal browser (IE, Firefox, ect). There's some guy in there who keeps trying to argue that it's still against the rules...
  17. Just make it a rule that no one but Moderators/Administrators should post the weekly update post... That would take care of it completely. That, or make a sticky a day or 2 before the update comes out. However, make a rule straight on the first post, in large print... DO NOT POST ON THIS THREAD UNTIL THE UPDATE COMES OUT When that update for the week comes out, people would then use that post to discuss the update. If anyone posted before the update came out, their post would be hidden and they would be given a warning. This would give the moderators/administrators a jump on the discussion topic by having it available, but "forbidden" before anyone else could post the update. Once you start doing this, I'm sure people would eventually start falling in line. And of course, once a moderator/administrator catches up to the new update, they could add in the text and de-sticky the thread, so that it takes its place as a regular discussion topic.
  18. The problem is that Jagex needs to "appeal to the masses." That means that they need to make quests, skills, ect that are usable and possible by the average player. Jagex can't focus too much on the players with high abilities because not many people will be able to use them...
  19. ^^ They don't necessarily care. They're getting paid for them and that's all that really matters.
  20. If your antivirus program could find the program, take the name of the trojan and google it. Chances are you'll find something to help you with it.
  21. You'll simply have to resize your screen to keep the keyboard underneith the windows. I would think the keyboard would automatically be on top as well... Yeah, under Settings, there should be an option that says "Always On top." While the program will appear to go to the background, it should still type as normal.. EDIT: I'm typing this edit with th OS keyboard and it should stay on top if you do this.
  22. There are many references to other things in Runescape. The vast majority has been Monty Python however...
  23. I was thinking that I might like to write a guide on cropping, and so I went to the Player-made guide section. I looked at the bottom sticky (the one about how you should write your guide), and ironically enough I stumbled upon a guide on cropping for beginners using MS Paint. This guide is located in The Gallery (not sure what page), linked to here. Perhaps this should get stickied in The Gallery, and in the process copied and moved to the main forums (General P2P, General, ect) so that people can read it and know.
  24. Was about to say "noob, 14000 total..." Might want to fix that title...
