im not a good merchanter, but i want to get some 20mil gp before i become member. But i get bored very easily merchanting so i was wondering what could i merchant on f2p that is quick to get and sell, with a decent profit margin (i tried runes but its too boring) PS: now i have some 300k gp, and if needed i could sell 10k yews

if i wanted to i could get 1mil firemaking in a day, but its not that hard at higher levels if you got the supplies

it tecnically is possible to get even if your a level 3 use a lot of food and rings of recoils, thats how that guy did shilo village quest

Port Phastymas (ghost town) silent place, no noobs, closest furnace to bank in game, ectofungus, ectophial teleports there (it has saved me countles times =) ) best place to start off if your doing barrows (and dont have ancients), closest non aincent teleport to slayer tower .... EDIT: and there are several quests there (rum deal; cabin fever; ghosts ahoy ....)

how about the dwarf city (keldagrim or something) usually there are at the most 3 people in the whole city and there is a bank, as well as a large open area in the consortium building if the place is crowded =)

and maybe a new desert treasure where you help the archeologist look for a piramid with the treasure of another servant of zaros =)

its only a temp ban (dont know for how long), i think its about flaming durial or something to do with the world 111 massacre

not bad, but i think i know a better tecnique for flag scorers: get 8-10 explosive compounds and the rest of inventory full of bandages, you go to the tunnels and blast your way through to the opponents' castle, go up to the flag and get it, run back to the tunnels, blast your way through and block the tunnels behind you (using a bandage whenever run energy is low) and just get the flag to the top :P

jellies: lvl 52 (only) drop clues fairly often personally my favourite monster =)

in level 85 and i probably got like 15-20mil worth of stuff, maybe a bit more, i am more of a skiller and i am currently spending 1-2mil trying to get to 99 firemaking (currently 83) then i will have to find a way to get enough money to get whats on my shopping list when i become member again: full Guthans, full Dharoks and a decent POH though i have no idea how to do that :(

from what i read in the rs rants forums jagex made a great job with the money sink even f2p has suffered: varrock world 1 prices for yews went from 270-300ea to 250-260ea, and i even saw someone selling a purple phat for 40 mil :shock: :shock: :shock: too bad i only had like 5 mil anyway id better start saving if i want to get a decent house: do you recon you need to spend like 50mil to lvl up from 1 to 99 and buy the best items while getting the materials yourself ?

its probably because jagex want to ruin the merchanters, since thats not the goal of the game, but skilling is

its the same with every low level fast rock the lower level alwasy seem to get it if they have a rune pick being a level 74 miner i know quite a lot on the subject and really hate this problem

you should do desert treasure and tele to edgy dungeon anyway i saw some guy dumb enough to sell beserker helm to general store (it was my helm that i lost dieing on karamja as long as a load of rune stuff, most of it sold to the general store) but i lost loads and loads of items, also many glories while abby crafting (didnt think of ancient tele)
